Receiving email or SMS notification when a user's group membership is modified. 

It is essential that the concerned users, and if necessary their managers and IT administrators, are notified when users' group memberships are modified. ADManager Plus automates the action of notification when group attributes are modified and thereby comes handy for IT administrators. ADManager Plus allows you to send email and/or SMS notifications by creating an appropriate notification profile in Admin settings. 

1. Click on the 'Admin' tab.

1. Under 'Custom Settings' section in the left navigation pane, select 'Notification Profile' option.

1. Then click on 'Create New Profile' button on the top right corner.

1. Enter a suitable 'Profile Name' and 'Description' for the notification profile in the respective fields. 

1. In 'Profile Criteria' section, choose  'Action' from the first drop down list, choose the connector as 'Is' from the second drop-down list.
2. Now to provide the actual actions, click on the 'Edit' icon. This will display all the user management actions. Now, in the 'General Attributes' section, choose 'Group Attributes' and click on 'OK'.
3. Select the pencil icon next to the 'Notification Template' to choose an existing template or create a new template to send notifications via email, SMS, or both. 
4. Click 'OK'. Click 'Save'.
