Switches are not showing traffic
Installed OpManager trial and added 4 of our HP ProCurve switches via the Add Device option in the Inventory section. Switches added fine; ie OpManager was able to query the switches and get info about them. I can view the ports and all, but no traffic. If I click into each switch in OpManager, I can see that Flow Monitoring seems to be off (red circle with an 'x'), and assume this is the issue, but I cannot find where to enable this. sFlow is enabled on the switches and other software can see/read
MIb Browser Setup
HI, I already installed the opmanager mib browser to the primary server. After installing, i just run the ./StartOpManagerServer.sh. Now I am trying to connect fro a stand by server but i have no idea for the username and password that I need to use. Can someone help me what I need to do next?
OpMan V12.200 Switch/Device Interface Bulk Removal
If someone is looking for a way to bulk remove interfaces from switches for ports they do not want to monitor you can go to the main page of the selected device - scroll down to interfaces - click the expand icon - then at the top left click the Status (this puts a check next to every interface on the page) - then uncheck the ports you do not want to delete - then at the bottom left is a very dim trashcan icon - click it and they are deleted. OpUtils or OpManager cannot start after fresh install
After the fresh install of Manage Engine Oputils 12, reboot and cannot get the service to start automatically. Getting error "The ManageEngine OpManager service on the local computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs." Ideas?
Change log in Opmanager
Hello Is there a way to see a user history of what changes were made in OpManager. We have had a few instances of a technician making a major change within OpManager and breaking one thing or another. But we dont know who made the change or when. Like in AdManager its keeps a complete log of all technicians actions within the application.

Hi everyone, Does anybody know how can I create a high-level dashboard for management in OpManager? I need to group different servers/network devices in groups and hide them under the tiles. Missing translation: webclient
Today I installed the patch 12.2 going from build 1200 (ManageEngine_OpManager_12_0_SP-2_0_0.ppm). Upon restart of Opmanager I get "Missing translation: webclient" spread throughout the different pages. On the top of the main dashboard screen I have for example "Missing translation: webclient.probe.successfully.installed!" OP Manager Scheduled Reports not working says No reports are available for the schedule
Hi, As a Proof Of Concept .. Installed Manage Engine OP Manager Evaluation Version for 10 Devices.. Everything is working as desired except Scheduled Reports are not generating reports on a schedule time. Manually Send Reports to email recipients is working fine. System Date &Time of OP Manager is correct & verified Manual All Reports able to generate with data inside but the same report If I try Schedule This... it doesn't work, Only Scheduled reports not generating reports on a defined time.
Custom Monitor Is Missing
Hi All, Here is my situation: We have installed central-proble OPM with version 11600, and there are some F5 devices(including model VIPRION 2400、GTM 2000、 LTM 4000) in OPM system. However the default cpu monitor always display 98%, so we had to create a custom monitor with correct value as below, and then applied on F5 devices template and related F5 devices without any error message. Ignore MS-Server Event-Messages in EventLog Rules
Hello everyone, I've got a problem with a EventLog Rule (Version 11.6) Actually, I have created a custom event log rule for a special event message from a SharePoint server. This message is not important for us, so we do not want to send it by e-mail. My IT colleague still gets the E-Mail Messages with exactly that Event-Message, wich I configured as "Ignore the Event". We have added our windows device on Op Manager for monitoring in that we have set threshold value 90% to send alarm and re-alarm value as 85%. But after saving threshold value its getting disappear or unable to save.We are currently upgrade our version from 9 to 12.

"sysUpTime" trap showing up as Critical alarm

Monitoring Linux and Red Hat servers using Opmanager MSP
Hi Does anyone out there have experience with monitoring Linux, Fedora, Red Hat or other flavours of Unix servers using Opmanager MSP. Is it just a case of turning on SNMP on the servers if this is an option. Improvement for Business views in v12?
So we have found another issue/quirk in Business Views that may need addressing in the next version. In v11600 you could position the label for a device or shortcut in 8 places around the icon Shortcut options and the result Now in v12xxx do don't get that option. and the result This isn't too bad apart from any shortcuts on the bottom the edge of a map as the label can't be seen. But when on a business view any links cross though rendering the label difficult to read as they are all placed

Opmanager v12 - Netflow license
Hello, I am just installed a free edition of Opmanger v12 in my company and I am just going to implement in few days, so will need to discuss regarding license part later. For, free edition of Opmanager, it supports upto 2 devices of NETFLOW AND 2 devices for NCM. My question is I am not able to configure netflow analayzer even after installing the APM Plugin. Enabling SSL on OpManager server has broken Office365 email alerts
OpManager Ver. 12200 After enabling SSL on the OpManager server i am no longer able to use Office365 as my SMTP server for alerts. I recieve the error "Primary : javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException cannot be cast to javax.mail.MessagingException" when testing the email settings. SMTP server: smtp.office365.com Port: 587 TLS Enabled This was working fine prior to enabling SSL on the server. Any thoughts? Thank You
