OpManager to ServiceDesk Integration/Connection errors

Hi I'm evaluating OpManager and ServiceDesk Plus MSP and trying to establish a integration.


What I got for now:
1. OPM and SDP MSP are on the same Windows 2012 R2 server
2. All settings are default with default users and passwords.
3. I configured OPM with Email settings and it send emails.
4. I configure SDP MSP with SAME email settings as OPM and it receive messages, putting it into SDP requests
5. I configured SDPMSPConfig.xml with "My Org Inc"/Common Site/administrator
6. I configured OPM integration to SDP with SDP administrator login/password/APIkey - it successfully give me a massage that it saves and sync assets.


But when I'm trying to configure "Log a Ticket" Notification Profile i receive a " Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus" error message.

Can you help me?
This integration is main feature, I'm interested in.

OpManager 12100
SDP MSP 9200
