Custom SLA Requirements
I am needing to run reports for Device/URL Availability, but I need to be able to do something like M-F 7a-7p & Sat 7a-2p for reporting. I had heard before about using downtime schedules, but I still need to be alerted during the downtime schedule if issues.
Any ideas? Custom queries? API?
