            Issue related with Zoho Assist

            Hi Team,

            Customer may report an issue related with Zoho assist where when they initiate the remote session within the request by choosing Remote Control -> Across Network. It will through an error as shown below. We would have to change the URL from https://meeting.zoho.com/assist-start?src=mesdpmsp&viewer=html&info=info&customer=sdpmps@zoho.com to https://assist.zoho.com/assist-start?src=mesdpmsp&viewer=html&info=info&customer=sdpmps@zoho.com

            It is a Zoho Assist issue where they have changed the server. Its a temporary work around and it will be fixed soon.
