The issue is because of the API call limit exceeding.
Error Trace on the logs:
ServerException (HttpStatusCode 400 Error Code: 6045 , Action: GETDATABASENAME, Message: API request could not be processed. The number of requests received from your account at a specific time interval has exceeded the allowed limits. Please moderate your requests count and try after some time.)|
Resolution:
Download and extract the 1.fjar file from the attached and place the same under ManageEngine/Servicedesk Plus MSP/Fixes.
Note: If you do not have a Fixes folder, please create it. (Ensure F caps in Fixes).
3. Once this is done, please restart the application service and Login using an Administrator.
4. Try the sync now and check if the issue is fixed
