How to reset the default admin password?

Steps to reset the default admin password:

  1. Remote login to the EventLog Analyzer Server.

  2. Open a command prompt with admin privileges.

  3. Navigate to <Dir>:\ManageEngine\EventLog Analyzer\troubleshooting

  4. Execute the following command to reset the super admin password to default.

    1. resetPwd.bat

  5. Now, the default values are set:

    1. Username: admin

    2. Password: admin

  6. Now, login to the EventLog Analyzer UI using the above credentials.
