Disabling the requester from SDP MSP temporarily.

We do have the option to "Block" and "Unblock" the requesters in SDP MSP. Once the user is blocked, they cannot login to the application and technicians cannot create requests on their behalf. However, their existing requests will remain in the application.
Admin > requester > Actions >block user.
 


To enable the requester again, you can unblock the user by verifying the list of the blocked users.
