hello how i can see the history of price for a product in a vendor? the price of a product in a vendor usually will change, can i see the history of this changes in servicedesk plus?
Asset/Vendor price bug??
Hello, I have created vendors and products and have also assigned the products to the venders. I then scanned my printers and assigned the vendor to them. Strange thing is that the printer models were correctly identified by the scan but the price for the product is not properly updated. It seems that it chooses the first vendor product every time I choose the vendor - even if the product I'm working on is at the bottom of the vendors product list. Please advise. Thanks Daryn
How can I change the price of a product?
Folks, I'm trying to change the price of a product. 1. I go to Product, and look up the product. 2. I go to the produce and open it via the link, which then shows the Asset Management - Product> Product List with my product in the Product Details. 3. I <click> on the Vendors tab and, since I only have the product associated with one Vendor. I see the vendor and the product price. 4. If I <click> on the edit button on the product, the Product Details are populated above. 5. I then change the Price
Why we are currently not upgrading to the PRO version of ServiceDesk Plus
Hi guys, Thought I'd share some feedback as to why we are looking at putting in Spiceworks for Asset Management rather than upgrading to ManageEngine Professional. Basically it comes down to administrative overhead associated with your price structure. For example, lets say we currently have 500 nodes on our network and we purchase a 500 node license, by nodes I mean servers, switches/routers/etc, workstations, laptops, VoIP phones (??), and printer/scanners.
