First application install works, the rest all get "Network error occured with error code : 2" from deployment template

Hey all,

When using OS Deployer, my first application installs without a hitch. All of the others fail with "Network error occured with error code : 2". This is the extent of the error, no other information is given. 

How can I troubleshoot this?
