Query recently disposed assets
Would like a query on Assets disposed in last 30 days including Asset Name Asset tag Ci Type Vendor name Disposed Date Disposed By and 2 UDF fields called "Operational" and "Sanitized" Currently on build 9220 and MSSQL Possible? Thanks as always
"Could not scan the disposed and expired asset" on non-existing asset
Trying to scan a workstation to add but I'm getting the error: "Could not scan the disposed and expired asset". This asset isn't searchable and doesn't appear in the list of disposed or expired machines.

Asset Disposed Report
I am trying to create a report that will run every month, and it will list assets that we have disposed during that month. I'd like it to use the date that we actually switched the assets "Resourse State" to "Disposed" as the criteria in the date filter. Right now it only gives me the following options in the Date Filter - “Expiry Date” “Acquisition Date” “Lease Start” and “Lease End”. Disappearing Asset information
We are currently using ServiceDesk Plus 7.605. When we dispose of computer assets, we mark them as disposed, and move them to a Non-IT asset category (example: HP Desktop - Discarded). We do this so that ServiceDesk does not try to scan those assets, and for better organization. When we move the records, we use the "MODIFY TYPE" feature.
