Upcoming enhancements in Microsoft Teams Widget For Technicians in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud

Dear Users,

We’re pleased to share an important announcement about the upcoming enhancements in Microsoft Teams Widget For Technicians in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud.

Below is a brief run-through of the same.

Enhancements

A dedicated Microsoft Teams widget is now available on request details pages.
Using this widget, technicians can initiate calls, create group chats, and schedule meetings in Microsoft Teams from within ServiceDesk Plus Cloud. Additionally, group chats can be recorded as request conversations.

The widget is available only if the Microsoft Teams integration is enabled under Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Integrations > Third Party Integrations. Note that the widget is not available for requesters.

Note : All upgrades and feature releases, will be in-service and there won't be any downtime or service interruption.
