Report by Technican Status Closure and Technician Unassigned
Hi I am trying to figure out how to run a report that shows : Status Closue Code (Closed) by Technician AND Unassigned Technician In other words who is closing tickets without Assigining themselves as Technicians. Any thoughts on how to do this?
