How many new tickets sill open for the week and how many tickets still opened that were carried forward from previous week

Monthly report

Percentage of tickets closed within 1 day 2 days 3 days 4 days 5 days+

3/

Monthly report

Open tickets and how long have they been open

ps: how do I determine what type of SQL db has been setup
