Disabled users showing in expired password report and Inactive users
We find in a bit annoying that on two reports we use: Password expired and Inactive users reports both show disabled accounts. Is there a simple way other than exporting the report to a .cvs and editing it to show these as separate reportable items? Thank you,

Unable to backup Cisco Switch Config
I'm unable to pass the validation process to get NCM to take backups of our networking equipment. We've got various cisco switches, routers and firewalls across our sites. I've created a test set of credentials with privilege level 15. These creds work when i ssh directly to the switch and run the show running-configuration command. However when i enter the credentials in NCM and select save and test, i get all thumbs red. I've tested via the show terminal option and that connects to the switch without
MSP mobile app doesn't work with custom Ticket-lists
Hello Support-team, we tried the MSP app today (both android and ios) and we noticed that the custom filters do not work properly. I made a Filter to show me all of my non-closed tickets and those tickets which are not assigned to any technican. The Filter shows me only those tickets which are not assigned. Add Monitors, can we use a filter?
Hi, When I'm adding performance monitors, e.g. Windows Services to a device I can select each and every service by clicking the checkbox. This results in quite a few clicks. Is it possible to add a query field so that we can search for services or list al running services and then click the select all checkbox? Regards, AJ
After Upgrading from version 11.6 to 12.2 one of the probes is complaining about expiring license.
After Upgrading from version 11.6 to 12.2 one of the probes is complaining about expiring license. One of the probes upgraded successfully, it worked initially, but after a reboot was no longer able to launch. Ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the probe and that works however now it claims it will expire in 29 days.
Rest API to Add Requesters
I'm trying to come up with a way of automating requesters without using the AD sync functionality (It's a complicated mess, but we can't pull from the AD, directly). I'm able to add a requester using the Rest API, but I don't seem to be able to add extra information like: Login name, domain, password,first name, last name. All those attributes cause the api call to return an error with "invalid column names". Is this a thing where I have to add the requester, then immediately update them? Thanks
"Approve Service Request" greyed out for a user
Hi, I have one user that does not show up in the list of approvers when I am trying to set up a service request workflow. When I checked his user record the "Approve Service Request" checkbox is set, but it is greyed out so I cannot reset it. I am thinking if I can fix this, the first issue will be fixed as well. Field and Form Rule not working
Hi, I am using "field and form rules" for the first time and can't seem to get it to work. I've set the rule to hide the fields below in the form if "yes" is selected, and then selected all of the fields that I wish to hide. The rule is configured under "on form load", rule execution is "on create/edit" and it applies to all users. I have enabled the rule. However when I open the template to log the request and select yes, nothing happens....it's ignoring the rule. Have I missed something? In

Technician Unable to see all tickets assigned in Queue/Group
I have an issue reported that I have been able to verify but do not know how to correct. A technician with the exact same role as everyone else in his queue/group is no longer seeing all tickets in the Request Group View. If he does an advanced search and looks for open tickets in that = his queue and are pending they appear; they all do not show up in his "My Pending" view even though they are assigned to him. Out of 6 tickets he has assigned only 2 are visible from these views if he creates a custom

Our department has a service request for video production that includes a 'Event Date' field. Our team is required to fulfill the production request 10 days after the indicated event date. Is it possible to create an SLA that takes into consideration the date in this field and starts the timer based on that date? A request may come in a month ahead of the event, so setting a hard 10 day SLA does not work.

How to Enable Local Authentication in Service Desk?
There is a Problem that i have in Service Desk When i was login with administrator account through "Local Authentication" in --> Admin Tab --> Self-Service Portal Settings --> Enable Local Authentication Settings --> Do you want to allow users to login based on Local Authentication? I changed the answer as "NO" !!! Now i cannot login with my administrator account anymore which i could do all my permissions through this account. Could you please tell me how can I Enable Local Authentication again?

Hide forgot password link for domain users
Hello, When our domain users want to log on to SDP MSP and they forgot there AD password, they click on the 'Forgot Password' link at the login screen, but of course this won't work, because it's is only meant for 'local authentication'. Script for creating a product "basket"?
I trying to create a multline field that's supposed inherit the current value of the Product field, based on a manual trigger (pick list). So far I've manage to copy the value to the Product field to the basket, it's pretty straight forward, but I can't figure out how to solve the rest. First, the vaule is overwritten every time, I would like them to be added instead, on the next row, or space-separated. I'd also like the pick list that I use as the trigger (additional field "add to basket" yes/-),

How to show BER value correctly on BER Performance Monitor?
Hi OpManager Support I have BER monitor setup in OpManager Build version 11600, however, it is not showing correctly when the data is polled. Instead of showing, 0.000001, it is displayed as "0". The MIB Browser shows the OID string output the results to "0.0E-10" and using the Add New Monitor, in the Functional Expression, it can be changed to "StringToNumeric" which is currently setup to. However, the Test Monitor shows the values as "0". Is this a bug or design ? Is there's another way to display

Can someone advise how I can mass edit the ad service monitors to be consistent? Devices under the category domain controllers have monitors turned on that we no longer need r are configured outside of what we want to set them at.
Table view column size
I am including a report on a dashboard that is in table view. The problem I am having is the table view will not auto expand to fill up the window pane on the dashboard. The person has to scroll right and left to view the data even though there is enough space in the window if the chart were to fill up the given window pane. Is there a setting that controls this?
Dell N2024P and N2048P cannot monitor
Hello, I have about 40 Dell N2048P and 2 N2024P switches and they are not discovered as switches (OpManager states: server). When I change it to switches it accepts it, but all the monitors are not working properly. I see that model N2024 nor N2048 are present in the list of available devices. What do I do? Thanks
