Technician/User does not have permissions to view this request filter

hi
i have logged a ticket via the api call in our automation engine. I then run a job to get the request so i can see its status.

i am using the below but get the error in the subject line.

here is the url i have pasted into internet explorer and get the same error.



i have used an admin api key and a requester key as well as my own as a technician and always get the saem.

some help would be appreciated.
