AdventnetServicedesk failed after successful restore
I've been trying to restore a backup after a failed upgrade but the first phase of the backup finally restored successfully after i tried ignoring some error tables on the db. but after the restore the application isn't starting. I did run.bat but it's given the Adventnetservicedesk as failed. Please assist as this is my production server and has been down for close to 24hours after no support personnel has either responded to their calls or mails.

Move schedule-reports folder
We recently moved our database to another drive, which (for postgres) requires a re-install. However, it appears that while the Archive folder can be reconfigured to write to another drive, there is nowhere to specify the same for schedule-reports. It writes a folder every day. We would like to change this to write to the other drive.

Disable the request opened by an email except when comes from a user that is in a specific domain group. Do you think is possible? This is a way to stop the lazy user that does not use the web form but grant to use the email to an user that have difficult to use the form because is always outside the company or is my chief. thanks Stefano

We have OnSubmit script as written below, which should take the current subject of an service request and merge it with employee name on submit, so that ticket subject is: "orig_subject - Employee_name". Monitoring temperature of Cisco router not behaving as expected
Hi all, I'm currently attempting to set up temperature monitoring for some Cisco routers on our network, and am running into an issue. If I view the dashboard for a particular router, and select the "Hardware" option, I can see the Hardware Report showing three temperature sensors (switch 1 - temp sensor 1, green; switch 1 - temp sensor 2 - green; switch 1 - temp sensor 0, green). These appear to be reporting their respective temperatures correctly. The problem occurs if I attempt to view the monitors

I have been unable to configure SNMPv3 settings properly for my firewall. I have SNMPv3 running on my ASA with other products so I know that part is working. However, I'm confused on the setup in the Firewall Analyzer. It asks for items you wouldn't normally expect for SNMPv3. SNMP Community: There is no community in SNMPv3. What should I put?
