Configuring POP3 and IMAP Monitoring

I have tried to set up POP3 and IMAP monitoring from Monitoring > Report Configuration.

I've validated that I can telnet to port 110 from the server where Exchange Reporter plus is configured, I've provided credentials for a test mailbox.  I've tried providing other parameters with no success.  Each time the data gathering happens, the monitoring report (for example POP3) shows "Service 'MSExchangePOP3' is not running." Failure  "Service 'MSExchangePOP3' is not running."

However, frontend and backend services for MSExchange Pop3 are both running.  We have POP3 being used (IMAP as well) in our environment, so I know it's working.  I just can get ERP to do either POP3 or IMAP.

IMAP shows a similar error:  ImapConnectivity-Latency, Failure, IMAP Error: aQVR NO Server Unavailable. 15 and also Service 'MSExchangeIMAP4' is not running.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?
