Disabling "Export"-feature or forcing encryption

Hello, You can link multiple requests to one request, but when you enter one of these linked requests, the option 'Link requests' in the actions menu is gone. Is this a bug or a feature? Opmanager Netflow device association
Hi I have a bunch of Cisco routers, all monitored by SNMP no problem. I have recently enabled Netflow and have flows coming from these routers. However, new uncategorised, unmanaged 'devices' have now been created in the 'Netflow' section of Opmanager, which show the flow information. If I look at the corresponding Router device, it says no flows are being received. Is there a way I can associated flows \ flow device with the original managed Router device? The IP addresses are the same of course.

How do I verify a URL sequence monitor is working?
I have setup a URL sequence monitor using the Recorder tool. The result has generated a sequence of 28 URLs. I could identify one of the URLs had login parameters. Have provided the Username & Password to that particular URL using advanced option in Recorder. How do I verify that this sequence monitor will throw us an alert when the login fails. I have tried providing the incorrect password, it doesnt seem to work.

OpManager v12200 does not work correctly
OpManager v12200 does not work correctly I'm using the FREE version of OpManager for 4 servers. It was working, but my server gave me a problem and I had to reinstall OpManager and restore the backup. Now OpManager is not automatically pooling the servers. I click to do the manual test and it works normally, but it does not automatically work. Could you help me, please? My environment is unmonitored and this is very critical. Follows attached logs.
SDP 9121 backup error 'relation does not exist'
Guys, I've got a problem upgrading and running backups from it. I also noticed al scheduled backups were failing. In the C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\SDPbackup.log file the end of the file says: "ERROR = *ERROR: relation "servicereq_3301" does not exist Position: 22*Exception while backup processjava.lang.Exception: Unable to get the data from [ServiceReq_3301] table" I'm on Postgresql. Import Logs - Filename Pattern?
Our WAF generates log files, with filenames which increment - rather than based on timestamp : e.g. log_123 log_124 log_125 etc etc I'd like to have these imported into ELA on a schedule. In the Import Log File screen, I can define a "Filename Pattern" - but all the options relate to the filenames based on timestamp. How might I define the filename pattern for the pattern above?

Preventing Users from Assigning Request with No Group
Users have been assigning tickets via the Requests window / grid. When they choose the technician, they are often choosing Group = "No, just select technician", then choosing the technician's name. The problem is that most technician's monitor their queue, or other team members in their group monitor the queue, and do not see these tickets. Is there any way to prevent this? Is it possible to unmanage several interfaces on a device at one time?
Good day, I was wondering if there is a way within OpManager to disable several interfaces for a given device with one action? If I discover all of the interfaces on a 48 port switch and only care to monitor the one interface on the switch that connects back to the rest of the network, it seems I have to individually unmanage the 47 ports I don't want to monitor. I'm wondering if there would be an easier way to do this, such as unmanaging all 48 ports, then reselecting the one port I do need to monitor

Can't connect SDP to new Exchange Server 2013 after migration.
Trying to connect via IMAPS TLS and keep getting the message " FAILURE :E-mail settings saved successfully. Could not find valid certification path to requested target, so kindly configure to apply Trusted/Self Signed Certificate." I'm not using a self signed cert, our cert is from Godaddy and is valid. Traffic widget is summarizing data
Hello everyone I need your help to create a view that shows the traffic in and out of a monitored interface. I have generated it through the widgets but it does not show me the real data (apparently this is summarizing the data since the traffic of output is Less than input). I made a separation in the widget (clicking one of the values of input and output) and this would work for me but when it refreshes, put it back all the data out or in. Folks, I have a smartphone paging app. I'd like to have a business rule (or any other method) be able to take all my Urgent requests and page out a technician.
