AdSelf-Service hung on Loading Windows 10
We are doing a Pilot for Windows 10. I am facing an issue with AdSelfService when I open the site via IE 11 or Edge it displays the following message and doesnt moves ahead. The website is added in Trusted sites but still no benefit. This is working perfectly fine in Windows 7. Are you aware of any issue with Windows 10? IE 11 Screenshot Edge ScreenShot
Issues with iPhone App
Through the website everything works as well as with the android app. Using the Iphone app I hit "Account Unlock" and enter my Username with Domain Domain\username and get "invalid loginname or you are required to enroll to use this service" As I said: With the android app or the websites it works perfectly. Any idea?
Implement SSL certificate from internal Microsoft 2012 CA
I am trying to setup ADSelfService Plus to use HTTPS and we are using an internal certificate (Windows 2012) CA, I have reviewed the documentation around setting up SSL but the documentation mainly refers to external CA partners is there a document or guide I am missing that has the detailed steps required to set this up at all as at the moment I can't get the solution to work using SSL. Form Templates?
Hey everyone, My hospital is in the process of switching over to ManageEngine and I had a quick question. I am working on setting up the incident templates. What I am wondering is if there is a way to set the templates to be in a form instead of being sent through email? Basically we want a way of tracking them and creating reports if possible. 2 emails addresses
Hi all Struggling to setup incoming requests from 2 emails addresses. I have the mailbox configured for incoming (it-helpdesk@domain.com) and emails are flowing in. I have a group setup called EPR that has EPR@domain.com set as the email address and that email address is set as an alias on the it-helpdesk mailbox. problem is, the technicians assigned to the group are not receiving notice of a request? Email Fetch does NOT create ticket
Good day, Our Service Desk Plus implementation deletes the email from the mailbox but does not create a corresponding ticket. How do we fix this?

Windows 10 ADK support?
I am creating a WinPE 10 image to use with Optiplex 7050's and am noticing that when creating the image the Windows 8.1 ADK is being used instead of the Windows 10 ADK (I selected the wim file in the Windows 10 ADK when creating the media). Hello I made an upgrade from 9228 to 9307 today. Now it is possible to activate for the requesters to edit their incidents. Great! Thanks for that! The requester has to fill in the field 'Reason' to update the request. What is the field name which I can select in the notification rules to include this reason in the email to the technician? Sending replys and other issues
Recently I have noticed that replies sent from SDP don't always send. I type the response hit send, the request refreshes and no reply has been sent. No error message appears, the reply is just not sent. I then have to send an email from my Outlook client to get the reply out to the user. I have also noticed that when adding a resolution to a ticket and hitting the save button an error appears which i have attached.

Ping monitor - Changing ping payload size
Hello, I would like to change the size of the payload for ping monitor. In Admin > Performance Polling, i can change the number of ping sent but when i modify the ping command (exemple : ping -w 1 -c 1 -l 1440), the size doesn't change. Thank you for your help Philippe

I cannot get the Force10 switch to upload. When I configure the credentials all steps validate, but the config is not uploaded, message: Credentials are valid. But the configuration file is not uploaded to the TFTP server. Login to the device manually and verify configuration backup using the above set of commands. LDAP Sync is creating duplicate accounts
I have LDAP working in the ServiceDesk Plus software and has been working great. My struggle is that I have to manually sync LDAP accounts regularly. In the Active Directory module, there is an option to "Sync" Active Director or LDAP accounts every 1 day. I discovered if I use FireFox, I can check this box and save it. The problem is when it runs, it creates a duplicate account for all records. I believe this is related to Active directory creating the domain attached to the username, while LDAP
Single sign on
Trying to get single sign on to work with Active directory I have I think successfully changed the computer password to match the password entered when enabling single sign on from the Active directory page. Before I changed the password when accessing the PMP Home page i got a grey login prompt which woudlnt accept any username or password. When I changed the password the grey box is now not presented, the web page appears to redirect or load for a while, then it drops me to the PMP standard login

I'm currently trialing the software, when I move a file from one folder to another the logs only show the original location of the folder. Is there any way for FileAudit to show where the folder has been moved to? I've also noticed I cannot see what the file was renamed to as well.

When inputting the AG listener name (which is essentially the cluster name) the changedbserver.bat utility keeps reverting the name back to the host name. Can't Import AD Groups to User Groups
I am trying to import User Groups in PMP from AD Security Groups. I can import users just fine, but not security groups. When I try, first clicking on "Fetch Groups and OUs" button, and then selecting the groups I want, I just get "Imported 0/0 users from the GFA domain." And no user groups created. What am I doing wrong???

Local User Authentication fails after enabling Active Directory Authentication
Hello, after enabling Active Directory Authentication the local users authentication does not work any more. Import from AD users and authentication with them works as expected. After enabling and typing AD credentials the domain field switches to the given domain. After using local credentials it does not switch but generates error like “user or password invalid”. Is it possible to have both authentication mechanisms simultanously? Best regards Timo

Simple Display Name in user reports
Hi, As I understand it the ADMP attribute Simple Display Name is mapped to the LDAP attribute displayNamePrintable. I am unable to get Simple Display Name in the User reports. It is not present in the 'Add/Remove columns'. There is the Display Name attribute in the add/remove columns but that maps to another LDAP attribute. But the pb with agent is when we do scan now it always fails and give the error message machine is not available .
