Email parsing not working the first time

Hi all,

When I send an email to ServiceDesk Plus with parameters, the first time of the day I send the email, only the Requester is automatically field. All others fields (Category, subcategory, mode, prority, level) stay unfilled.

If I send the same email a second time, all field are filled automatically...

Is there any service to "warm up" ?
