Hello, can you help me to know what is the correct Date Filter in the Report to run a weekly report where I get the tickets that are in Open status but these were Opened less or equal the last week ? Thank you!
Our WAN Circuit changed along with public IP - Can't figure out where to change WAN IP setting
We changed our WAN provider, and the IP address on our WAN circuit has changed. DesktopCentral is still looking for the old WAN IP address, even though I have updated our FQDN for the server on public DNS. The 'DC Server Sec IP Address' setting is coming up incorrect in the troubleshooter. Does anyone know where this can be changed to point to our new correct WAN IP?

Remove/Change thresholds on Application Monitor Templates?
Hi! I am trying to remove the thresholds on some of the application monitors templates (For example: Log Files Used Percentage) because they are unnecessary. I would prefer not to have to go to each individual server and make these changes, however I have to enter a positive integer for each value in the template I want to change. How do I remove/modify these values so they do not deploy with alarm thresholds? Thanks! -Chris

When editing asset - workstation model is lost

Nessus vulnerablity scanner integration for credentialed scans
I would like to see if there are any plans to integrate password manger pro into nessus so credentialed scans on systems can be performed using password saved in the manager. This would fix the issue with passwords having to be saved in nessus. Nessus already integrates with Cyberark and thycotic. I have though about setting up a free edition of thycotic to use this feature but don't want to have to mange 2 systems.
Supp rep cost per hour
The basic idea of "one person one price per hour" is, well, wrong. There are different jobs(Time entry) with different prices done by very same person. So, if one supp rep on site does some cablings, but in office he manage a firewall, how can we separate those two jobs done by same person but of very different cost? Hi. A week ago, we virtualised a LINUX server with Oracle VM Server / Oracle VM Manager, but we noticed that the monitor is not reporting MEMORY usage metrics. When I send an email to SDP all the fields show up except @@DESCRIPTION=XXXXXX@@. Why won't the description field work? The ticket created in SDP is below. Create a task based on the allocation of an asset to a user
I'm working on a termination request template. I'd like to be able to create and assign a task based on the assignment of a particular asset. For example, If the user has an asset allocated for an Salesforce license, I'd like to be able to create a task ("Disable Salesforce License") and assign it to our CRM Management Group. But we cannot deploy this with a Desktop Central "per user" Installation or Custom Script, since our users logon to multiple computers within certain period. Hi, I have installed SD+ within a test environment but when I open a browser and type in http://localhost it takes me to a page to install IIS. When SD+ was installed on our live server I wasn't involved and when I went on to check if it uses IIS or Apache Tomcat, I could not see anything. How can you change the default search parameter from Request ID Search to Default Search?

Submitted webforms do not have Due By or Respond By dates populated
We have service request templates setup with urgency, impact and priority already set. When these forms are submitted, they do not populate the Due By or Respond By dates, even though there is an SLA in place. What do I need to do to make this happen?
Upgraded from 11.6 to 12.2, custom hostname for Opmanager not working
I've just upgraded from 11.6 to 12.2 (Essentials) . I can log into the server using the actual hostname of the server. But can no longer connect using the custom host name. The SSL Cert (which matches the custom hostname) is still working, as can see it load with the local (incorrect) hostname. Even when connecting to the custom hostname, the cert loads and reports valid, but nothing else loads- no login screen. It seems like a host header entry is missing somewhere perhaps?
SQLServer2014-KB4019091-x64.exe keeps failing to install although Windows Update says it is not needed....
Desktop Central keeps telling me my server, port-svr-cfm needs the patch SQLServer2014-KB4019091-x64.exe, however, if you do a Windows Update scan on the server itself, it is not needed. If I try to install it on the server, it keeps failing with Unknown Error. Code : -2068643838. This is causing the server to stay in a Vulnerable state, making our reports for the month wrong. Scheduled report on patch configurations deployed
We have a few technicians who deploy patch configurations to our server environment which i have created as a separate remote office for security / roles. A few technicians move some configurations to trash due to failed install or retry etc before i can oversee what went wrong. I check the Audit Log Viewer and check Trash for these configurations. Impossibile to delete custom "Performance Monitor"
Hello everybody, I'm trying to migrate OpManager Build 11000 to the version Build 12300 into a new machine. Into the new version I'm trying to add some "Performance Monitors" and for some reason my new monitors don’t work. So, I want to delete my “Performance Monitors” that I’ve created but there is no way. How I can delete it? Another important point is that: if I try to edit my first monitor that I created (name is “DATAPROBE IN01”), in the edit box there is no data, no SNMP OID, etc… Any idea?
