Manage 3rd Party SLA

Good Morning,

I use ManageEngine Service Desk Plus currently for my Internal IT Helpdesk.

Our Business has evolved and we have a lot of Cloud and Hosted Systems that have a SLA with those Providers.

Is there any way within ManageEngine Service Desk Plus that i can not only manage my Internal Helpdesk but also Manage those 3rd Party SLA's?
