Adding custom technician fields to the requester template
I've created custom fields in the technician incident template. When I go to add them to the requester template they are greyed out. Is there a way to add them to the requester template so the requester can populate those fields?
Problem with notifications
Hi, We have a problem where some notification emails doesn't get sent from SDP and logged in the request conversation. The notifications are working 99% of the time, but everyday a couple of notficiation emails doesn't get sent. We have made exceptions in our AV and the mail settings are the same as in our Outlook client. SDP 9335 and MSSQL. how to trap the snmpv3 event
Good Day ManageEngine We used MibBrowser Free tool to monitor the snmp device And everything runs well with snmpv3 and can trap snmpv1 and v2 events However, the trap viewer can not trap snmpv3 event Should we skip any configuration for snmpv3 trap like (UserName, AuthPasswd, AuthProtocol, PrivacyProtocol, Privacy Passwd). Cannot Open Pending Tasks in Dashboard
Hello, it appears that we are unable to open any technician's "Pending Tasks" from the dashboard menu. We've tried on both Google Chrome and IE with no luck. It either throws us the attached error message or sends us to a blank page. We are on build 9405 using a MSSQL database. I'm not seeing anything in the log so I'm not sure that would be much help, but please let me know if I can provide additional information. Thank you!
PMP 9200 to 9300 upgrade breaks pmp
We've been upgrading and when we upgrade from 9200 to 9300 it has problems. The upgrade completes fine but when we try and connect to PMP it doesn't start and eventually stops the service. Hi all, I bumped into the next situation Stage 1 1. I added Azure portal as a web site account 2. Resource URL https://portal.azure.com 3. I added account with login and password as well Output: Microsoft forwarded me to another URL automatically that starts from https://login.microsoftonline.com. You can see it on the pictures attached and also can try by your own. As a result, PMP didn't insert login data into a login field. Stage 2 1. Sorting Option Through Reporting Program
I've ran a couple reports and for whatever reason, the ticket numbers or created dates aren't sorted correctly - meaning that they aren't in order. Is there a way to sort it in this reporting program, rather than trying to export it into Excel and then sort it? Thanks for the assist, HL

SDPOndemand running very slow
Guys, Again it is running really really slow. Almost to unacceptable levels. Apparantly we are not the only ones noticing it. I just let you guys now yesterday... and i noticed this for a while already (few weeks) that SDP is getting remarkably slower. Yesterday they restarted a service... i'm starting to worry that it is not a service that is slowing things down, maybe it is just the lack of sheer CPU and memory power that is needed... SDP Running Very Slow - Again
It's almost like this is becoming a weekly occurrence. I checked the site: https://status.manageengine.com/ Performance has been jumping between 159 ms to 220 ms with everything else showing "operating normally".
