Superseded Patch Removal
Good morning! I am having a problem where superseded patches are showing up I am running PM+, Build Version:10.0.347, and have patches listed under my Missing Patches section that are considered superseded and hence are disabled and greyed out. Due to this, I am unable to select it to Decline Patch and remove it from my list. Can you please advise how to remove superseded patches so they're not considered missing?

Hi All, We have struck an issue with our latest Samsung A20 devices running Android Version 9 where we can not change the passcode of the device through the MDM, nor can we clear the passcode. Other issues that we are having are: GEO Location is not detecting the location of the device The SIM Phone number is not coming through. Is it possible to restrict the Active Directory requester import to a specific OU? Is the recommended way to do this using the LDAP sync rather than AD Sync? If so, what effect will the be on existing requester and technicians if I swap from AD to LDAP sync? Will the new LDAP sync simply take over the existing users from the AD sync? Hello, We are experimenting with a ServicePlus MSP trial. Sometimes, we would like to be able to move an e-mail manually from the personal Outlook inbox to the Inbox SDP is processing. This works great, except for that the creation date is set to import date/time, in stead of the actual received date/time from the e-mail header. Is there a method or setting to achieve this ? Remote connection to Mac Os X 10.14.5 Mojave won't work

When I initiate the connection using HTML, a new window pops up but shows green screen with an indicator constantly moving left and right. I have no problems on win computers. Does anyone know if Software Deployment configuration and Patch Management deployment would conflict with one another? What would be the best practice to escalate a request to level 2 in service desk plus? Enumerating Drive Mappings
Hello I was surprised to learn that some of our mapped drives are NOT being applied by Group Policy Preferences. There's also no evidence of logon scripts. That leaves me to think - in my position of lack of expertise around Desktop Central - that perhaps they're being mapped by Desktop Central. Is there a report I can run to find out? Cheers Jeff

Version numbers and what to upgrade?
Hi, I'm confused at what version I should be running, but I'm not sure how to get much clarification. We reported an issue a while back and were sent a ppm hotfix update which we've applied however if i look in the "whats new in desktop central" part the version I have and the version that is shown is now seemingly out of synch. There's also the fact that if i change the page from normal to add a 1 in i get a different version number. Change request - User group selection
We have a multi-site SDP setup. When creating a change request, we would like the ability to select a user group from other site instead of selecting individual users one by one. eg. in implementer field, select an IT support user group instead of select users one by one.
CHANGE - Restrict Stage + Status
Hi there, Currently when raising a change a normal user can set the Stage and Status of the change to whatever they want. They could go straight to Implementation or Closure if they want. I've set it to disabled to prevent this and ensure the Workflow is followed. On-boarding auto creates asset, Off-boarding spawns off asset list
Has anyone setup Service Desk Plus to auto create an asset during the on-boarding process? For example, a HR rep or hiring manager uses the service catalog to order a user setup with a building badge, an AD account, logins for a number of 3rd party websites. The tasks are assigned to I.T. and other application admins. When they set the task as complete a new "virtual" asset is created. When on-boarding is complete the user's asset list would match what assets have been assigned to the user.
Is there a way to disable automatic discovery of devices?
I would like to stop OPmanager from rediscovering all the devices I delete and don't want in my monitoring. When I seach the forums, I can only find very old topics which don't seem applicable anymore and I can't seem to find the option in the settings. This automatic re-discovery is driving me insane. I just want to monitor a static set of devices.
RequestLink has wrong domain
In the automation section where there are notification rules, the $RequestLink variable is generating a bad URL. I've read this forum and have tried remove the request link and adding it back. It's picking up the wrong domain. It's using a domain we no longer use. How do we change the domain name that's generated in the $RequestLink variable? The documentation on this by the way is terrible.
Not all sites are displayed
Hello After upgrading to a new version, not all sites are displayed when selected. Although they are. I have to click on the full edit request and select there.
