Employee Search Configure AD Search missing pwdlastset
I like the idea of Employee Preferences but it's missing the most common pwdlastset attribute from the user list. Can this be please added to the list. Currently there is only whenchanged but this is not when the password was set.
Filter Not Working Properly
Hi I have an SLA report. I set the Filter to a range (From May 1, 2019). The graph should start with May 1st and show only data from that date forward. It is filtering the data correctly but the 1st data point on the chart is for January 2020. The 2nd data point is for May 2019. Chart should display with May 2019 as 1st data point and January 2020 as the last. Please see the enclosed screenshot. How do I get this to display properly?

Hello! I see only 501 addresses in sources or destinations( "Reports-Forensics - Source/Destination" (MA NFA 12.4.099 ). Is this some kind of limitation? Is it possible to increase this value? There are many more ... How can I find out the total quantity on the Conversation tab? Is it possible to export out all at once to the csv?
Win10 1909 via Enablement Package
Hi, Microsoft's way of upgrading from Win10 1903 to 1909 is via an enablement package KB4517245 which toggles on features already installed in the October cumulative update - see https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4517245/feature-update-via-windows-10-version-1909-enablement-package However I don't see KB4517245 in PMP. PMP's method of updating seems to require a 1909 ISO and be a full blown heavyweight re-imaging of the OS. I'd prefer to use the enablement package option as it should be quicker,
Support Group - Send reply from alias address

So we have supprt desk setup with a primary Email of DD@ourdomain.com We have also have support groups configured. We have aliased an Email address for this group (DS@ourdomian.com). Creating tasks from Templates
We have a need to create on-boarding, termination and job transfer templates. Based on the employee role chosen by the requester, a variety of tasks for different departments will get created. The tasks should have their own dependency flow. How do I do this wihtout having to create an individual template for each employee role? I would like to have one template each for on-boarding, termination and job transfer and have the logic for tasks be based on the employee role chosen on the template.

How to trigger reminder emails to those with tickets in a certain status?
I want to trigger notifications to end users who have service desk requests in a status of "On Hold - Requester" every 24 hours for 72 hours then automatically close the ticket after 72 if they don't change the status back to open. I have created the notification and when playing with triggers, I can't seem to find anything in the system that allows triggering off date since status update or something similar. I don't even need an exact date, it would be roughly every 24 hours.

Hi There have been date pickers (Calendar Controls) in reporting products for over 20 years. SSRS has it, Cognos has it., Visual Studio, Power BI, etc..pretty much every reporting tool every made has date pickers. Currently you have to pick "last week", "last quarter"....etc. You cannot pick a date range??? Can you please add Date Picker / Selector controls to the reporting module? They are needed by everyone.

Unable to deploy images to Sk Hynix SSD NVMe drives
Dell is using Sk Hynix drives in several models now and we are unable to boot to deploy images as it does not detect these drives. I have tried everything to get the drivers (Dell does not provide them) but no combination of disk/storage drivers will allow the USB Boot drive to see the drives. I can boot from a Windows 10 ISO with no problems. The Desktop Central ISO and USB boot media has no luck. I have even added every driver available on our Desktop Central server with no luck. I just updated my OpManager server to 12.3.218 and now I can't seem to update/add profiles for email notifications. it gives me an error when saving it at the end... "The input specified for the parameter fromAddress does not match the required pattern." I'm assuming this comes from the From Email Address field? It's the same address I used before the update but it doesn't like any email address I enter... nor any other text I put in the field.

Desktop Central Assets Not Showing in Service Desk
We're trying to use Custom Actions - Install\Uninstall Software and when we try to find the Workstation in the drop down it doesn't show. We have Desktop Central and it's agents are installed. The machine in question shows in DC and we have our Integration settings set-up. However some PCs are not pulling into SD. Is there a way to force the assets over manually and where can we look to see what might be failing? On prem SD (11010) and DC (442). Thanks for any advice.

SSH Out of Order Keystrokes
Are we the only ones who find SSH virtually unusable due to garbled keystrokes? There is a big bug or design failure which causes keystrokes to be recognized out of order. We could deal with the painfully slow response time if it buffered properly however typing is impossible unless you wait for each key to appear on screen.
