I tried the Beta version for Netflow Analyzer. For "IN" traffic everything is fine but for "OUT" traffic I do not see any statistics. Am I missing something?? Thank you

I expected in the ServiceDesk V5 more additional fields for the requesters. I found now 12 text- fields, but these fields are not visible in the detailed requesters- list. I can only enable / disable and sort the standard- fields, but cannot view the additional fields. Is this function not implemented or did I something wrong ? Thanks in advance

Problem sending Email
Hello, I defined all the necessary fields under the Mail server settings tab and even verified manually that I can connect to the email server via the servicedesk and send mail through it. Still, no mail is being sent from the servicedesk although the rules for sending mail are met. Is there any log file I can read to debug this situation or any other help you can offer? Thanks, Adi.
Multiple routers behind the same Firewall and IP address
We are trying to capture netflow from 4 different routers (with multiple interfaces) behind the same firewall. We have enabled netflow on them and some of the interfaces appear in the analyzer under the 1 public IP address of the firewall. It appears though if the ifindex number is the same or duplicated on multiple routers we only get 1 of each name into the analyzer. For example if ifindex1 is on 2 routers we only see 1 interface not both of them and its also hard to determine which of the routers

How do you rescan the existing inventory for software without having to do each pc one at a time or deleting the inventory to re-run a domain/network scan?

Script errors when running SD+ in a frameset
I've noticed while trying to integrate SD+ into our existing intranet that there are several pages that give script errors with non-working features. Our intranet software uses a frameset with a top frame, left menu frame, and a body frame. I created a test frameset in Dreamweaver to see if it was something with the intranet software, but the test frameset gives the same result. Hello, Once Again, a superb product. Would you consider a new feature to be added into your Roadmap? Specifically, the ability to group "Applications" together. For example, I would like to classify edonkey2000, kazza, bittorrent, etc.. all under one "Application Group" called "P2P Applications". I realize I could simply rename all those individual Applications as the same name, and NFA would consider them all the same application. However, I would lose "granularity" of which P2P app it was. Alarms - Trap Message Cut Off
There seems to be a maximum length of the message for an Alarm tiggered by a SNMP trap. Our CISCO equiptment is returning data that exceeds the max length of the message on an alert. This is a problem because the info we need is at the end of the string. Is there any way to fix this? Are there any parsing tricks in the system?
Problem starting OpManager 6
Hi, We are using the new trial of OpManager v 6.0. We had to restart the service this morning, but we were not able to get it running again. All it does is starting the java.exe process, but no mysql or apache proces. Connecting to Netflow Database
I installed NFA on a linux box in which I already had mysql running. This database is used by another application. After installing NFA as far as I can see I have two instances of mysql running ( on two different ports) NFA seems to be running fine but I can not access the database netflow manually. I tried using "mysql -u root --port=13310 netflow" and I get "ERROR 1045: Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: NO)" How can I make sure that it's there? thanks, Alban
Add Time Entry Error
I sent this to tech support yesterday, but I have not heard back from them yet and I hope someone out there may know the answer. I have an issue where I moved by service desk plus database from one server to another by instaling the software on the new server and creating a backup file and restoring to the new server. Everything is going fine except the notifications from $Requestlink still reference the old server. So I get a page not found.

When you add a new request you can type in a person's name for the ticket. However the phone number is not editable. Is there a way to make this editable? Also I want to track when people leave voice mails, when we retrieve it (Same as ticket create time), when we get to call them back and also when the call is done (ticket closed in most cases.) Anyone have any ideas on how to do these?
SQL Server 2005
I have two servers running in my PC. One is SQL Server 2000 and the other is SQL Server 2005. However, Applications Manager show only one server!!
One-minute updates
I know that v5 has one-minute granularity for up to 15 days, but is it possible get the charts to update every minute? It is helpful to have one-minute granularity, but it would be especially helpful for troubleshooting if we didn't have to wait ten minutes to see new data. Thanks! John

Unable to configure Cisco 1700 to export data
I have just downloaded the trial version of the NetFlow ver 4 and test it on my Cisco 1700. However, I cannot complete the configuration of the router as some of the commands are not available in the router IOS. These commands include: server-name(config-if)#ip route-cache flow....the route-cache only has 'policy' and 'same-interface' options. server-name(config)#ip flow-export...there is no 'flow-export' after ip command. Can anybody assist me? Thanks.

incorrect mem utilization values
Dear Support, I am using opmanager build 5.6 to monitor local exchange servers. SO far, when i use WMI to display CPU utilization, the values are correct. But with SNMP, they are wrong. How come? Also, the memory utilization snapshot (pie chart) shows incorrect values. Please help. THanks

getting error! page when logging in
After I install OpManager 6.0, it seems to run alright for a few minutes and then it crashing. When I try to login I get a page that simply says error!. This has occurred on two different systems I have attempted to eval OpManager on. I did a quick search and did not see anything that stood out. Thanks in advance for your help.
