Problem in MsSQL Monitoring....

I would like to tell you that I have some problem in MsSQL Monitoring..
After the filling the full requirement for MSSQL Monitoring the message
came like that on screen that MSSQL Monitoring Configure successfully.. But
By click on Monitor and selecting MSSQL Server from the Database Server
Monitoring Group that time it will open with the just Health Report and
Graphical View.. But Problem is that in my database there are 20 Database
names but Application manager 6.0 display only one Database name in the
Database Details.. Before 2 Days it was display all 20 Database name in
Database Details.. But Today Morning some Problem in MSSQL Monitoring its
Display only one Database Name in Database Details. 2 times I deleted that
monitoring and again do the new monitoring. but same problem are coming
right now..

Give me Some Guidelines. How it will display all DataBase Name in DataBase Details..
