Attachements and changing and saving them
We have attachements that are for new pc requests and on each attachment the IT people have to add details to the attchement.
I have noticed that when a user attaches a document you cannot update that attachment when you click on it and save it
Is there anyway that other than keeping an extra copy on my computer to open up the attachement and be able to edit it and when you exit it saves the changes so that the next time you open the attachment the changes will be there???
