Changing User details
I wish to update the details for all the requesters imported from AD, is there a easy way to do this? What i want to do is add First/Last Name Email, Dept, Phone and Job Title to the requesters details. Incorrect character display in Opmanager

Oracle UserID Admin Rights
I have an Oracle DBA who will create a userid for me to use but not give me the System userid. Can you tell me the schema, object permissions, etc that the user must have to be equivalent to System or at least to make it so the tool will work correctly with the Oracle DB?
Active Directory Add on
I have installed the free version and have confirmed that it is the free version in the about tab. Issue I am having is that it shows that the Active Directory add in has expired and it will not let me see the stats on my DC's. I am not sure how the AD trial was installed but I need to be able to see the stats on my DC's.

I am having trouble with using ManageEngine Applications Manager with Oracle. Currently there are two oracle servers being monitored by this application. For some reason every morning the application looses its connection with these servers and says that 'The resource is down.' I am forced into restarting the application again so it synchronises with the oracle servers. PO improvement requests
The PO's need to have a field available for Cost Centers, which is an accounting term for the people or group that need to have the billing applied to. It's not the Dept. name, as there could be subgroups within a dept. that is originating the PO. Additionally, we need to have a drop down field available for the terms of payment that is applied to each vendor. Some vendors we pay by credit card for small orders, but use "2-10, net 30" for larger orders, or may have a COD (cash on delivery) set up,
Unable to find object
I am currently running opmanager 6.0 on Windows2000 server, I have several servers that were being monitored without issue, but all of a sudden when I click on the server for info I receive Unable to find object. I've tried searching the object same issue, they still appear in the networkmap. I have also stopped opmanager executed RepairDB.bat, restarted opmanager. Same issue. Is there anything else I can do to fix this issue ?

Running Opmanager on virutal servers
Hi, I'm running the Central server under a VS and added a different VS to run the probe. but Opmanager uses 100% CPU all the time? The probe is used to scan customers network thru VPN tunnels. I have added 2 Customers network to this probe. but since the Central server and the probe runs with 100% CPU load. It is not running quite as expexted. It looks like Java.exe uses some of the CPU but I cant quite put my finger on any of the processes. Geir

When I create a new user or try to modify existing user's terminal services properties I get the following error. Error Message : Error In Setting Terminalservice Properties,The parameter is incorrect - Error Code : 57 I tried stopping the ManageEngine ADManager Plus service and restarting and that didn't help.

HI I think that notes should be merged along with request. In this version (build 5010) when i want to merge two or more requests, system is loosing notes from all of them except the main one. Regards Bart

Our company uses SD+ build 5010. We were wondering if there was an option for a universal/shared 'My Tasks' List. We all want our own, but there are things such as hardware/software changes, etc. that we, as a group need to monitor daily. Can anyone think of a solution to our issue? Thanks. JustinC

Handling workstation with Purchase Order
Hi, I would like to manage the order of desktops (workstations) with purchase order. Everything is fine till I receive items. When I receive items ServiceDesk generates an asset by the item but I would like to handle this item as a workstation. Is there a way to move this item fom assets to worstations? BUG: Logo on PO not REALLY pulled from properties location
Somehow the graphic image got messed up on our PO (upper left), and I did a right-click->Properties to see the path pointing to our <servername>/<path>/CompanyLogo.gif file. I looked there, and didn't find it. Found permissions too open and closed them down, and then repopulated the file back in there. I refreshed the screen to force a reload of the screen and it didn't pull it in. (again the properties said it was coming from the location I mentioned above) It wasn't until we did an import of the

I have noticed after I have submitted a second survey to the users that the data from the first survey does not completly get moved The first survey I did had about 20 people reply now when I go in and goto Reports / Survey Results by requester, that I still have the old list of people included from the first survey The list has anyone new added and the new results but also has the old people with the old result still showing for question one of the first survey. Backing up App Manager
What is the best way (most efficient) way to backup both the MySQL DB and the configuration files? I would like to be able to restore to a point in time. Our current enterprise backup [Veritas/symantec] does not have a client for the the version of Linux we are using. unable to delete the monitor
Have a Group called Application Servers that has multiple WEB servers added as monitors. I have removed one of them but the Application group reports resource is down for this server still. If I click on the Application Servers group the web server is not there. What could be the issue?
