few questions before purchasing

Concerning the replacement of our monitoring platform, we have tested Opmanager tool trial version which responds very well to our needs and this is why we really would like to purchase it.
However, we have few doubts concerning some of our requirements.
1)
At first, we know that it is possible to have several users with restricted access. But we would like to have moreover an anonymous account which does not require any password. For example, we would like to send the url with graphs of CPU servers to financial directors and avoid the fact that this person has to enter a password. Is it possible to do it because this is one of our first requirements?
2)
Secondly, is it possible to have a history on 3 years? In fact, the documentation says that the data is maintained during 90 days and it is too short� But we�ve also seen that �the data in the _DAILY table is maintained for 365 days, and can be pushed up to 3650 days max�. Does it mean that the precision is not high for old data and we have only one data per day? If this is the case, it responds to our needs�
3)
Then, Opmanager is able to launch sound alarms in case of problems but only on the server on which OpManager is setup. But we would like that a sound alarm is launched on 4 or 5 machines at different places in order to notify our entire team. We�ve seen that there is a possibility to launch a command, so would it be possible to launch a program (like PsExec) which would open a sound file on several other machines?
These are our requirements and we strongly hope that OpManager will respond to these needs.
