How to attach a group of assets (PCs) to a business service?
Hello How can I attach a group of PCs (like the PCs of a department f.i.) to a business service without having to create this relationship one by one by clicking the workstation --> relationship --> add relationship. Is it possible to select a group of workstations and assign the business service relationship for the selected workstations in the same way that you can assign them to a department. ADManager Plus has crashed on me twice therefore I would like to know if there is a way I can back up my customized reports without having to create them again in the event of another crash?
User Login Hours Attribute
Hi I am evaluating this product at the moment. A requirement for us is to be able to report on a users login hours attribute (at the very least whether the "Login Denied" radio button has been checked in AD). Adding the LDAP attribute loginHours does not work and actually causes the report to fail. Is the above achievable? Gary

Assign Mutliple Requests to One Group
Good Morning everyone, My question is fairly simple, and I'm pretty sure there is no way to do this at the moment: Is there a way to assign multiple requests to one group all at once? On the main request page, I can see that you're able to assign multiple requests to one Technician, but to change the Group it's associated with, you need to go into each individual request. Is this possible now? And if not, will it be possible soon? ~James Murphy

Couple of queries -
I'm currently testing out support center app - Have a few queries. I need to allow engineers to open cases, and add time entries of their work description. But no case closing or deleting capabilities for them. This should be done only by the case manager \ helpdesk agent on recieval of customer confirmation. How can I achieve this - currently if i give view & add capability - the engineer cannot add time entry, if I give edit capability the engineer can ass time entry but can also close the case.

Displaying Requesters Requests
Can someone advise the quickest way of displaying open requests for one requester. As the only way I can find is by going to 'Admin \Requesters \ Selecting a requester \ View Requests' which is not only long winded but requires admin access. Thanks, Ian

A lot of exception occur while using MSSQL
I'm using MS SQLServer 2005 (SP3, English) as my db. Problem is I can't see any status while monitoring my Active Directory (Domain Controller), all status and monitor give me "NA", but it can monitor its health, of course, health is OK. Suppressing multiple traps
Hi! My problem is as followed: One device sends multiple traps (always the same) every minute. This device is configured in OpManager that incoming traps are forwarded as a SMS. Now each minute comes up a SMS with the same message. Is it possible that OpManager only sends the first trap an suppresses the following ones if they contain the same message? I have tested your AppManager for a while, it seems run well. But I found it sometimes can't collect monitors of Active Directory, I try to search the cause of this problem. Adding additional wan links to a existing Wan RTT monitor
Hi. Is there a way to add additional ip addresses to a configured WAN Rtt monitor in OpManager?. I have a working monitor with a business view, customised map, etc and I'd like to add a couple of wan endpoints to monitor, but I don't see any option to edit the monitor, only to add a new one. I could re-create the monitor with the updated links but I want to avoid that if it's possible because I already have a lot of data collected by that monitor and i don't want to lose it only for two wan links.
Showing remaining contract hours on customer portal
We've setup some contracts and have the system nicely calculating hours remaining against the contracts in the admin view. Can we: a) Allow the client to see their used and remaining hours in the portal and b) Alert them when they have only a few or zero hours left or their contract is nearing an end?

Can I schedule a compliance check by policy instead of the device?
I would like to schedule a policy check by the policy and not the device. We have several routers that need an ACL for a certain device. I was thinking we could have a policy check for this ACL. We have placed all these routers in a certain group called "voice routers". Receiving "Updates failed"
Hi! I try to set an IP address at one device which only shows 0.0.0.0 If I try to set it I am only reveiving a javascript error message "Updates failed". If I click on "Ping device" I am reveiving the right IP address but I can't fill the right value into the IP address field so it generates an error that the device isn't available. I don't want to delete the device and readd it because there are a lot of values collected which I don't want to loose. I am using OpManager 8024. Hope you can help me

Hi, Today it's possible to forward a mail from your own mailbox to a Request in SD using the ##requestnumber## in the subject of the mail. As a result the forwarded mail is added in the mailconversation overview. I wonder if this '##-mailforwarding-feature' is possible as well with 'Problems' ? Customizing the website title
Hi, Is it possible to change the title of the ADSelfService website from 'ManageEngine - ADSelfService Plus' to something else? We're working to rebrand/customize the site to fit in with our company standards and have been able to do most of it but have fallen short when it comes to changing the webpage title. I've found several <TITLE>xxx</TITLE> HTML tags but they don't seem to change the page. I'm guessing it might be buried in mysql but I'm not confident enough to start digging down in to that.
