I recently took over the role of managing our servicedesk install and I noticed there is a technician called sdadmin in the list. We are currently very close to our license threshold for technicians.

So, can I remove this sdadmin technician or does it serve some purpose?

FYI I am NOT talking about the sdadmin role, just a technician with the name sdadmin.
