AIX CPU usage hourly average
I have an AIX (v5.1) server being monitored and recenty the hourly average % has -2,506,511,387.454 displayed at various times, this causes the graphs to look wrong and hard to troubleshoot server loading issues. example below Date Time Minimum value in % Maximum value in % Hourly Average in % Jul 11,2011 9:00 - 100 -2,506,511,387.454 Any ideas ? regards dub

Has anyone discovered or come across anything to improve the lookup speeds of the ADManager Plus product? Seems to be very bulky and slow in our current install. Thanks!
Import service accounts
Good morning, when I first set up Password Manager I received help from support on how to import service accounts into domain controller resource, but for some reason I am no longer able to do this. I select the domain controller resource where I would like the service accounts to go, but when I choose import resources with a .CSV file it just adds the service accounts as resources. Any suggestions? Thanks! Nate

Time changes to GMT when UK on British Summer Time (BST)
Hi, All my times on calls are out by 1 hour. They default to GMT instead of BST. What do I need to do to change this? The server time is correct and has DST set as automatic. When I try and change the created time on a call, it lets me change it in the little calendar but then when I save this time, it goes back to an hour behind. Archiving to Remote windows server
Hi, We have out Eventlog Analyzer running on a Linux OS. I need to redirect the archives files to a windows share. I see the field where you put the path for the logs to be written but I dont see any field for login credentials and also am unclear of the synatx i need to use for the path as I dont think that a UNC path will work since this is a linux server.. Can anyone advise? I noticced that the verify button next to the path says success no matter what you enter in the path (ie- if you put "abcd"

Is it possible to put Task Templates into groups
I have hundreds of Task Templates for different Requests/Changes and I was wondering if it's possible to group them somehow so they don't need to be selected/added manually each time a new request is raised Let's say User Setup group (only user setup tasks) or Server Setup group (only server setup tasks), etc... New Device Report
We have numerous people adding new devices into OpManager without telling me! Is there a way to easily identify what new devices have been added? Either on screen or in a report - or any method really! We have 500 devices, so it's not that easy to go through the list manually

Problem by capturing protocol information WMI in Windows 2008 servers 32 and 64 bit
Good morning. OpManager is not able to monitor features of Windows 2008 32 bit and 64 bit. As shown in a picture 1 he is accessing the server with the WMI protocol. The second picture 2 shows that she was not able to capture the information via the WMI protocol. Opmanager return 98-99% in memory usage for my AIX server. Reading from nmon is the same but topas return only 50% usage. How to make OpManager read from topas?

Capturing netflow traffic
Hi, I have a computer (windows machine) that I want to run netflow on. The computer is connected to a switch with port mirroring such that all traffic from all ports get mirrored to that computer with netflow... I installed ManageEngine Netflow analyzer on that computer and tested it by sending random traffic to port 9996 but unfortunately nothing got captured. Can someone please help me with this? does this app generate netflow records for raw traffic sent to the port it's using for listening? Here
Request template in the directory of services
I have a request template in the directory of services, in a category "Internet" - "the request for access to the Internet". The technical group isn't selected from a template. Bizness-process is created, that if the category of service of the request coincides about "Internet" that the request gets to group "Software" But unfortunately it doesn't happen. Why?
Requester is only able to see the "Home" page and not their requests
When one of our requesters logs into the Managed Service Engine they are only able to view the "Home" page and cannot see their requests. They are unable to move away from the home screen... is there a way to do this or a setting that allows them to see their requests? Patch removal
Hi, Does anyone know if it is possible to remove a patch through the normal operation of DC. I have had an instance of a patch being incompatible with certain hardware and it had to be removed. I have not found anywhere to reverse the patch installation automatically. Thanks. Geoff.

Removing Dates
Hi Some issues regarding the system: - a limitation on the system means if i fill a date field in that i cannot remove this date. this is a pain when i make a mistake which unfortuantely does happen :-( - the HTML formatting on some pages is different to others. For example on the business rules page the screen stretches all the way across so i have to scroll. this is annoying rather than detrimental I hope you can fix these

Hi When making a new request, and enter the name of a new customer - SupportCenter Plus automatik select the "old" customer with the same name - and the account is locked.... Radius Interface
I have been looking at the above and find I still have to put every single userid into Netflow Analyzer. Will it be possible one day to just define groups in Netflow rather than users such that when a user logs on, the group name is passed back from Radius as to what that user is allowed to access (or not)? I have a hundred IP groups and permitting each user to each IP group is not practical. The current interface is fine if you have a couple of users but not very useful if you have dozens.
Exchange Health Monitor - no Exchange Details
I just downloaded the Exchange Health Monitor and connected it to my exchange server. I receive the server data for cpu and memory, but all data for Mailbox Details is NA and the status is red. The memory details status is green as if it is working, but all values are 0. I connected to wbemtest just fine with the same login information. Exchange version: Microsoft Exchange 2003 SP2 OS for desktop client: Windows 7 x64 I would appreciate any help you could give me.

Active Directory Auditing Requirements not satisifed
To comply with auditing requirements, we need to track (at real time) which delegated helpdesk user made changes in Active Directory via ADManager Plus. For changes directly in Active Directory, this is possible via the Security Event Log on the Domain Controller. However all operations undertaken by delegated helpdesk users have a "Caller User Name" in the Event Log of the host server on which ADManager Plus is installed and NOT of the helpdesk user who made the change. Can someone please explain
Uptime on Availability Seems Wrong
In availability report, uptime seems a bit nonsense. If i want a report for whole of April, i will start the duration from 1 April 2011 (00:00) until 1 May 2011 (00:00). A report will generate, and uptime will be "30 Days 18hours". How come there is 18hours while April will only have 30 days? Build Number : 8723

WAN IPSLA
Hi, I have configured the WAN IPSLA on Netflow version 9 however it does not seem to work as no values are being recorded. The IPSLA module has added the bellow configuration to the router.
