Hey guys,
Just came into work today and started getting the above error when trying to get into ServiceDesk Plus. Actually the entire IT crew cannot get in. They receive the same error.
Nothing has been changed on our end. The program was working last night around 6pm EST. If it was one person I would think it may be a password issue but the entire department cannot access it.
Any ideas as to why all of a sudden we cannot get in?
