SLA can be chosen per ticket, in the template editor.
Sometimes I create a special SLA for a specific template. Then I have to go into the SLA and generate the search criteria, contains this does not contain that ect. This SLA search is great for broad spectrum but to me it seems easier to have this as a drop down field to choose the SLA from SLA's created. Many tickets do not have SLA's but in the same category we will have a few templates with different SLA's this requires multiple SLA's with different search criteria.
Cluster Shared Volume Disk Space Monitoring?
Hi, I am running OpManager 9.0. Is it possible to monitor the disk space for a Hyper-V failover cluster CSV disk (cluster Shared Volume)? If so can anyone provide further information? I already have a powershell script that will list the free space, used space and percent free but I want to be alerted in OpManager when the threshold falls below 100GB (attention), 75GB (trouble), 50GB (critical). Upgraded from 8.1 to 9.0, still stuck at max 2 technicians
We performed an upgrade of the free version of ServiceDesk Plus 8.2 with a max of 2 technicians, installing 6 service packs to bring us up to version 9.0. The purpose of the upgrade was to increase the max technicians from 2 to 5. After the upgrade, the software still shows a license for 2 technicians, and when trying to add a 3rd technician, the software does not allow it. How do we get the maximum to bump up to 5 technicians? Thank you.
HyperV guest discovery failed since 11.1 update
Hi, I recently updated to OpManager version. Since the update, the guest VMs on our HyperV servers are not showing in OpManager. I have tried re-discovering and deleting and re-adding the hosts but they still do not appear. Our VMware hosts are all still displaying fine. Has anybody else experienced this issue? Does anybody have a fix for it?

UIpdating to Build 80339 breaks all my configuration
We are running DesktopCentral Build 80339 on Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit. Since updating from Build 80332 to Build 80339, all Configurations no longer work. All Software Deployment packages were manually created without using a template. Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to generate a random number between 0001 and 9999 to use in a custom naming format and assign it to the EmployeeNumber attribute? I'm moving opmanager and the oputils plug-in to a new server. I've got opmanager running on my new server, but the oputils plug-in is giving me some problems. NCM backup - failure response
Hi, I am using the evaluation of OpManager and NCM. When I try to backup the config from a device, It says 'Backup failed - failure response'. The error details say 'Device response not available.'. Create an notification when a switch discards packets
I think my question is simple so I'll keep it sort. We monitor our core switch with OpManager. This works great. If i go to an interface I'll see the load and bytes transferred etc. I see the errors and discarded packets as well. When a switch discards packets, I would like to receive an e-mail. However, I cannot find the right notification profile for this particular error. I've tried to setup a threshold which keep an eye on the discarded packets but I am unable to find the right monitor... What

Hi Guys, I'm trying to change the software repository location to network share, but I'm getting "Invalid location: Access is denied". Network share has "Read" permission for Everyone. However, if I change Everyone permissions to Full Control then it works fine. I've even tried giving Full Control to Domain Users but still no success. Only Everyone with Full Control works fine. Hi, How do I configure the login details of a device in order to monitor event log? Because when I click on "Event log rules", the message "Windows event log monitoring could not be enabled for this device. To enable windows event log monitoring, you have to configure an administrator username and password for this device. After upgrade to 9.0 I cannot open Attachments
Last Sunday, we updated from servicedesk plus professional 8.212 to 9.000 (doing an update to 8217 before 9000). Since then, the system has become unstable (servicedesk locks and the web server give us an error) and the attachments on the request cannot be opened. We cannot downgrade to another version (doing a restore) because we do not want to lose all work from yesterday and today.

Most if not all of our users are using the "Send Request to Help Desk" in Desktop Central. However this leaves gaps in the request. two are Priority and DueBy Date. Is there some way to modify this or replace it with link to open their service service portal with user name and password supplied tacking them to the enter new request. Maybe others have resolved this in a different fashion and would be willing to share?
Issue with Request Closing Rules and Worklog ticked
We set the WorkLog mandatory in Request Closing Rules for incidents, so that our technician HAVE to document the work that they have performed. Often, a request will include 1 or more tasks, and technicians will create worklogs associated with those tasks. The system does not recognize worklogs that are assigned to tasks within a request and will deny the close attempt by a technician, telling him that no worklog exists. As a workaround, in those situations, the technician has to create a dummy worklog

Title basically says it all. I see 2012 supported under system requirements but not server 2012 r2, given server 2012 r2's issues with compatibility I wanted to check here first.
How do I run a report for all traffic for a particular application/port?
I would like to find all sources of smtp. We have data collected from pretty much all of our site routers, so I should have the data I need. But I don't see a way to do this. It looks like we have only Devices defined, a few IP groups (but what I probably need is an IP Group for RFC-1918 addresses), and nothing under CBQoS/NBAR. Can anyone give me at least a high level HowTo for getting a report on a port?
