Updating from 9000 to 9003 Issue
I am trying to update from 9000 to 9003 and it keeps failing on me.

Caused by: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
This appears to happen during the backup and not the actual patch as I am able to still load ServiceDesk without any errors.
I have attached the Update Logs from the 4 attempts I made to update from 9000 to 9003.
