External Authentication unavailable in a fully licensed installation
Hi, I noticed that External Authentication unavailable in a fully licensed installation. The entire section is grayed out: External Authentication AD : Schedule/Enable Radius : Authentication I'm running: Product Name ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer License Type Professional Days to Expire 318 days Maximum number of Hosts/Applications 50 Is this a problem with NOT running it under Windows? Will it just work magically if I move the installation to a Windows platform?

It would be very helpful to include the "License Name" column on any table where licenses are listed. Right now it only displays the Software name, however this is duplicated often if you have more than one license for a particular product.

Hi. I just installed the latest Password Manager Pro software on a server and I want to migrate the database from the old installation on another server to this new server. However, I just noticed that the built-in database is now PostgreSQL and no longer MySQL. Is there a way to migrate the database of the old MySQL installation to the PostgreSQL of the new installation?
Automation: Run User Modification Templates
Is it possible to run user modification templates at a specific time? Background is the need to change user attributes (OU, group memberships, etc) due to changes of users one department to another. For example: user A works in department X, and starting with the first day of the following month he needs to be able to work in dempartment Y instead of X. So he now is in the OU of dept. Y, has the user group of that dept. instead of the old one etc. This change ideally takes place during the night.
Installing a SSL web server certificate after setup and use
After I set up my server I thought it would be good to install web server SSL certificate. The user manual says to do this first before anything else configuration related. Has anyone tried installing an SSL Web Server cert after the fact? I don't want to hose my installation. Thanks, Jarred

Hi, We recently installed some WAAS devices in our network, and now I can only see outbound traffic as a GRE tunnel for the WAAS. I have been reading a bit about it and I have seen that I need to run Netflow v9 to be able to see the detail inside the tunnel, I am currently running Netflow v5 Anyone know if this is the case and how I could set it up to be able to see the outbound traffic correctly? Hello, I need help yet again! :) I have another situation! We just ran into an issue where our server is showing that there is no issue but in actuality we have a critical job that failed. Here is what is going on: - We have a Critical job that fails at 10 pm. The status of that MSSQL monitor is Critical/RED. (This is perfect) NOTE: AppManager see the status as a "failed" - At 6am AppManager POLLS the MSSQL server and finds no SQL job information. The job status does NOT exist and is Blank

Evening! I've raised this before, but the KB / Solutions section is a bit backwards. A couple issues exist: 'Topics' should be top-level items, and users should be able to drill-down into them rather than all KB items displaying in the list presently. Earlier versions of Support Centre Plus had this layout, and it has been a constant pain ever since. Ideally, we would be able to provide access to 'Topics' or even individual KB articles with more granularity. Example: I would like to use the KB/Solution
IP_app for IP-SEC traffic with Flexible Netflow from Cisco Router
Hi, I configured Flexible Netflow on Cisco 2821 router running IP-SEC tunnel. Flow data are sent from the LAN ports and I have "output-features" command as recommended. On ManageEngine at the other end of the tunnel, all traffic shows IP_app as application with port 0. Am I missing anything in my Cisco router flexible config or on ManageEngine config?

Exchange Send AS
Hello everyone We recently purchased ADManager for some of our helpdesk users as a test run. One of the tasks they perform on a daily basis is give users "Full Mailbox Rights" and "Send As" rights to other users mailboxes. I found "Full Mailbox Rights" under the Exchange bulk change options. Found Send on Behalf....but that is not "Send As" We need the "Send As" attribute applied when ever "Full Mailbox Rights are applied to a user. Is there a way to accomplish this? Logon mismatch with Active Directory
I'm having an issue with ServiceDesk Plus 8216 with Active Directory Authentication. I have AD Authentication enabled, and a domain configured to import users every 5 days. Both of these items are working, but they aren't working together. Exhcnage Health Monitor isn't sending alerts
It connects to my Exchange 2007 HUB server no problem and reports the correct number of items in the queues. However, when either the warning or the critical threshold is reached, it doesn't send out an alert. I know I've got the mail settings correct as I use them for other functions on the network. Anyone seen this before and can point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Hi @ll, I just finished the testing time and decide for the free version. Now I just have only my AD-useraccount left in the user-administration. I want to add the domain administrator also as admin for desktopcentral. That's impossible, because after clicking "add user" an error appear: "Licensed user limit reached.
