xenserver yet?
I thought I saw where xenserver is now supported, so downloaded and installed latest version and cant find it. Looking through these forums the last response was that it will be available for version 11.3, think its at 11.4 now. So is it suppose to be working or not? Thanks
IP Range NATed on Firewall, WMI does'nt work
Hi Several customers are connected trough a site to site VPN to our network. Because their local IP range already exists on our Firewall, we NATed their local Network into another IP Range. Now the OPManager WMI Monitoring does’nt work anymore, so we can’t monitor several windows services from these customers. Is there any solution to make WMI work again?
Custom Interface Templates
It would be nice to be able to create and save multiple custom Interface Templates such as for Ethernet WAN Interfaces, Ethernet User Interfaces, Ethernet Server Interfaces, etc with different thresholds. Currently I have to modify the Ethernet Template for a group of similar interfaces, then have to remember what settings to change it back to for other similar interfaces that I want to configure.

Creating notification for a particular server process
Hi. We are using Opmanager to monitor a few servers and network devices. We have enabled process monitoring for a few servers to monitor specific processes. Is there a way to create a notification if a particular process on a specific server goes down? We can't seem to find a way to create notifications for processes. Thanks.
Some schedule reports blank after 11300 upgrade
Hello, I upgraded opmanager during September into build 11300 first day of each month I have several schedule reports for Windows services availability of 9 business views. This month... blank .xls files for each reports. Strange thing is that other schedule reports (performance reposts for CPU, Memory, server availability...) are correct. What Port Does the Server Receive SNMP Traps On?

I try to integrate OpManager with DeviceExpert on different server. I set server name, port (6060), protocol settings (https), import SSL certificate from DeviceExpert (de.cer) on local folder of opmanager and set authentication detail, but when i test connection this is the error : "Unable to fetch values from DeviceExpert, The server might not be running or the network traffic may be too high." Ream value not working correctly when trying to setup Free Disk Space in GB monitor
Since most of the monitors want a value to go below a certain level to rearm, monitoring for free disk space is the opposite. If free space gets low, that is bad. The value to rearm should be higher than the thresholds. But for some reason, I am unable to get it to allow me to put in a higher value than the thresholds. CPU Utilization widget
Hello, I'm trying to configure CPU utilization monitoring for Juniper SRX 110. I've added device template and CPU utilization monitor. And on the Snapshot of the device I can see this information under Performance Monitors, but CPU Utilization widget on the Snapshot still shows "No Data Available" Is there any way to fix it? Hi the community, I installed for test purpose the APM plugins on a OpManager server v11300. I put in place some config backup and full backup for OpManager part. Hello, are there any recommendations for using OpManager with the APM plugin? I see a lot of overlapping features. Should Exchange and SQL be monitored in OpManager or in APM? Or both? Should APM be allowed to import data from OpManager in the Admin/Add-On setting? What are the implications? How much data will be duplicated? Will APM alerts show up in OpManager, or is APM a better choice for the main view? Thanks for any input.

Hi I have configured a custom monitor that test an ALLOT PIPE. I have tested the SNMP with the following command from the server: snmpwalk -v 3 -u MD5 -a MD5 -A MD5UserAuthPassword12 -l authNoPriv 172.24.133.75 .iso.3.6.1.4.1.2603.5.4.2.1.10.7.0.0.48 And so the answer is: iso.3.6.1.4.1.2603.5.4.2.1.10.7.0.0.48 = Counter64: 28061 That works fine. But when I test the monitor within the Opmanager probe I've got results that aren't good (usually 0 but others) The Opmanager is running on Linux. Thanks

Cannot clean some monitorings on a MSSQL server
Dear support, the story is : I monitor a MSSQL server with X MSSQL instances using the MSSQL plugin. 2 MSSQL instances have been removed from this server. So I deleted the monitoring of these 2 instances,... BUT the servers is still raising alarm of "MSSQL - XXXXX service is down", even if these two monitoring have been removed. Hi, Few days ago i have installed from zero the 11300 on a new server - Windows 2012. I have created 11 new Custom monitors for Cisco equipment and added them to an existing (out of the box template): Cisco Catalyst 3750 Series. I have added 2 devices and all was running fine. I have used some of those monitors on another template also. After some time (1-2 hours) I discovered I have put a wrong threshold for one of the monitors into the template of 3750 switches. Need Advice on Unstable ME OpManager Service
Hello-- We are running OpManager build 11300 with a Central Administration and 4 Probes. *Each probe is on a dedicated VM server with ample allocated resources. The central admin, and 3 of the 4 probes run without problem, however, one probe "Probe 2" has a service problem every day. Hyper-V orphaned VMs
Gents, Rediscovery works very strange. Ip address was changed on VM. Now I see two VMs with the same name. See the attached screenshot. 1 and 2 are the same. But I can't delete 1 or change its ip address. I can delete 2, but I suppose it will delete all my custom settings and monitors. 2 is the real running VM. Would be nice if you can merge VMs with the same name. Or administrators can delete any orphaned VMs. Thanks

Is it possible to remove specific services from being monitored by the windows service monitor? Im using the 30 trial version 11. I'm getting alerts that that the windows search and sql browser services are down. Which they are but they aren't needed on our SQL Servers.
