I recently updated the Netflow plugin for OpManager to version 10 which removed the older version we are running as part of the installation.  Now when the serverstart log file is reporting the following:

pg_isready file, which is mandatory for DB server start/stop, does not exist.

OpManager is running a Windows 2012 server.

Any help would be gratefully recieved!
