Request: customize alarm colors, and blinking

I'd like to have the option of adding a "blink" option to certain alarms (all "Critical", or a specific alarm) in order to increase visibility. I have OpManager (new UI) opened on a second monitor at all times, and this would be a great feature for me.

For example, in my network overview, I have a widget for "Unacknowledged alarms", and would like background of the text of critical alarms to blink red/white, at like a 1 second interval.

Also, it would be nice to change the colors from the standard red/green, because some people are color-blind.
