OpManager v12200 does not work correctly
OpManager v12200 does not work correctly I'm using the FREE version of OpManager for 4 servers. It was working, but my server gave me a problem and I had to reinstall OpManager and restore the backup. Now OpManager is not automatically pooling the servers. I click to do the manual test and it works normally, but it does not automatically work. Could you help me, please? My environment is unmonitored and this is very critical. Follows attached logs.
Is it possible to unmanage several interfaces on a device at one time?
Good day, I was wondering if there is a way within OpManager to disable several interfaces for a given device with one action? If I discover all of the interfaces on a 48 port switch and only care to monitor the one interface on the switch that connects back to the rest of the network, it seems I have to individually unmanage the 47 ports I don't want to monitor. I'm wondering if there would be an easier way to do this, such as unmanaging all 48 ports, then reselecting the one port I do need to monitor
Has anyone had issues monitoring Ubuntu 16.04 virtual machines?
I can't seem to log in via SSH to these vms. They just error on login, but I can login manually myself.
Showing Wrong Timing on traffic graphs

Hi, I'm using OpManager 11. We have a substantial amount of old Cisco hardware that is desperately in need of an upgrade. The problem I'm running into is now that we've added some more access points, we're pushing so much traffic through some of the Cisco routers and switches that I'm constantly getting Threshold Violated warnings. Issues with OpManager 12200 Enterprise install
Good Evening We have installed OpManager 12200 Enterprise from new. (New Application server and new SQL Server) I have managed to get the system to install but the windows service does not start. It errors with the below error messages: Event Logs - "The ManageEngine OpManager Central service terminated with the following service-specific error: %%4294967295" Service Start - Attached Can you please assist with this as we are unable to get the service started. Linking two shortcuts in Business View/listing interfaces for a shortcut?
Good day, I'm currently attempting to create a link between two shortcuts in a Business View. When I do, interfaces are not listed for either of the shortcuts. I'm wondering if this is something that is better modeled by linking the appropriate devices within the shortcuts themselves, and if not, how I would go about retrieving/listing interfaces for a given shortcut? Opmanager - NFA plugin vs full NFA product
Hi We use Opmanager extensively and also have an instance of full NFA product which works well. I'm interested in the idea of collapsing into one product, for ease of use. Are there any functional differences between the Netflow plugin for Opmanager, versus the full NFA product? Does anybody have any experience in moving from full NFA to OPmanager plugin? Is pricing affected? ie. Interface licensing more expensive or cheaper in Opmanager? Thanks. David

Muting Alarms on a device does not mute instance alarms as well (SQL/Services/etc.)
Have an odd question: If I mute an alarm on a device, why does it not also mute the device's services and applications? For instance, I have a SQL server, I muted the alarms because the server needs to be profiled to correct errant alarms, however, it still alarms for the MSSQL service and services that are Down on the system (MSSearch in this case) Why does muting the alarms not apply to the entire system? This kind of makes muting the alarms pointless.
WAN RTT Path Hop Details
Hi, I using OpManager build 12200. I have noticed in a tutorial video that one can view the path hop details of a WAN RTT monitor by clicking one of the bars in the bar graph of the path round trip time history. The tutorial is based on previous version version of OpManager and the feature seems not to be available in the current version. Is this the case or is there some configuration I am missing?

GUI is reachable from "localhost" only
Hello, we just installed OpManager but we found out that the GUI is reachable from localhost only. It looks that it is binded on 0.0.0.0:80 but looking at the tcpdump, if you try to connect from another machine to the GUI, it receives packet but does not respond anyway. Ho can I tell to OpManager to accept connection from other IP too? Thank You Regards M.

Hi Running version 12200 of opmanager. I'm trying to monitor the performance of an IBM V5020 and V7000 - How do I go about doing this? I've downloaded the MIB's file and copied it into the mibs folder. I've setup the v7000 smnp to point to the server with the snmp password but struggling to get the 2 to talk. Thanks Andy

Hi I have turned on partition details monitoring in one of our servers and the monitor picked up all the partitions on the server. The server has got like 100+ partitions and I cannot see any options to remove them on bulk like what we used to have on the old interface of Opmanager. Hi, I have an incident with an user and this user who is using the Api Client, but in Alarms I could see alarms from other customer that this user shouldn't see. In this case the user shouldn´t see nothing about FAWMSARC. In fact, the name of "Fuente" should be FAMACRO07 not MN-CPLLT-16.
Migrate OpManager from Postgres to MSSQL
I am trying to migrate from Postgres to SQL server. I followed these steps. 1. run BackupDB.bat 2. Stop Opmanger Service 3. run DBConfiguration.bat (the database_params.conf does not get updated it still points to Postgres) 4. run Restoredb.bat The DBConfiguration.bat does create a new database on the remote server. But when I run the RestoreDB.bat I get an error message of "Invalid License file". If I click OK the restore goes back to Postgres.
