Hello, I just upgraded to Internet Explorer 11 and now, when i use OpManager i get a lot of pop-ups with the message "Are you sure you want to leave this page ?" with option "Leave this page" (it opens my submap), with "Stay on this page" (dows nothing). So how can we get rid of this pop-ups from IE ? Thanks.

Hello ! I am trying to use oputis and there are some problems. I am unable to search in port history with different browsers , but such kind of search in rough detection is working. And the second thing is that oputils is missing about 50% of information when scannig switches automaticaly 3 et once and I am unable to set scanning less than 3 devices at once. Thank You!

OpManager Mount Point monitoring not showing accurate data
We are running the current version (10200) and followed the instructions to enable mount point monitioring (http://support.opmanager.com/sd/AddSolution.sd?solID=36001). But after that is done all drives (mount points and local disk) all show the same percentage open. For example we have an Exchange server that has 3 local drives and 14 mount points and all drives are showing are showing that they are at 75% capacity, when in reality their capacity varies greatly but some are nearing full. RAM is not automatically monitored
Hello. We have an issue with one of the monitored VM. RAM is not examined automatically, at the same time pressing "Test Monitor" in "Memory Utilization" monitor gives results without any issues. We tried to monitor the VM from different Probes, and got the same result. Any other "monitors" works fine for the VM (like CPU utilization, other) The build number we have on the Probes: 10200 Please let me know, what information I need to inform of, in order to solve this trouble. Problem adding ESXi hosts
Hi, We have a problem with our OpManager installation. I have scanned our network, and I have ended up with 4 ESXi hosts and a vCenter, in the Unknown category. When I'm doing a rediscovery, I get the error message: "Failed to connect the VMware HostWebService (Device may not be reachable / Credentials may be wrong)". I have verified and tried the following: 1) The server OpManager runs on, is able contact the ESXi hosts. 2) Firewall in ESXi is set to allow port 443 and server is not in lockdown
Associating database for Monitors
I have been testing OpManager for a deadlock issue that we have from time to time to see if the monitoring will help. I am having a hard time getting this to work on a few of the database servers. At first when I'd select the MSSQL under add monitor and i'd get an access denied. I got pass that part, but now when I try to click to associate the databases, the next screen only shows "Select all", but none of the actual databases, as I of course don't want to select everything... Any ideas on this

After 60 Probes Central Server starts slowing down for each additional probe.
I have 66 probes at my 66 centers, if I stop 6 of them, then Central Server can load the Home page (or any page) in about 1-2 seconds, each additional running probe over 60 adds 1-2 seconds. I am going to setup our 67th data center probe next week and my load time for the Central Server home page (or any page) is 12 seconds. I need help getting this fixed. MS SQL Databases not showing up
I upgraded to 8040 earlier this week. I'm attempting to add MS SQL monitors to some of our database servers. When I do, none of the databases are listed. I have another database server that was already being monitored pre-8040, and it still recognizes newly added databases fine. Is this a 8040 issue or something else?

DHCP SNMP Monitor Returns 0 Value
So I have set up a new SNMP Monitor for DHCP Free IPs. When I use the MIB application to query the server, it returns the correct values, but when I try to do the query from the device in OpManager, the value always comes back as 0. Ideas?

Memory/Disk Utilization not displaying after upgrade to 10200
Hello, After upgrading to 10200 (last night) I noticed that any physical server is no longer collecting or displaying Memory or Disk Utilization. This is happening for all versions of Windows 2003 (32/64it), Windows 2008 (64bit), Windows 2008r2 (64bit) and Windows 2012 (64bit). If we go into Memory/Disk Utilization and click test it starts to work again, but we have a few hundred physical servers still. Is there a fix available for this? TIA

Hello, Good Morning. I am trying to run "Reports->System->All Alerts" report to take out all alerts occurred in the month of 'August'. But i only get 'Clear' alerts, not other severity alerts. Is there any mistake that we have configured such a way to retain only 'Clear' alerts in the database?. Do you have any DB query to pull "All Alerts" of any severity for a specific date range?. OpUtils 7 web page does not render properly - page way too wide.
Hello, I have installed OpUtils 7 on 2013-11-28 on our OpManager (latest version) server as a plug-in. When I click on tabs such as "Switch Port Mapper" and most other tabs in OpUtils 7, the page displayed is way to wide! My screen resolution is 2481x1328 and when I size the browser page to half my screen, the OpUtils content does not adjust for the new browser window size. It's still sized for 2481x1328 screen and I have to scroll sideways all the time making this product unusable. I've tried the

I get error saying, "Error parsing MIB:AIRSTATIONPRO-SNMP-MIB.mibException while loading MIB:Could not parse the file E:/OPMANA~1/./mibs/AIRSTATIONPRO-SNMP-MIB.mib. Various Issue in OpManager Implementation
We have recently purchased OpManager Enterprise for our Multi-site implementation. However we keep running into random issues which is seriously hampering our completion goal which we are unable to achieve. Dear Opmanager, I have a new HP DL580 G7 server and i want to monitor the internal disks for failures. I have downloaded the latest MIB's from HP and copied them into the MIB folder of the Opmanager server. The server is allready in Opmanager , how do I load the MIB in Opmanager and add i.e. the hardware I'm interested in ? Current Instance of OpManager Drive Filling Up (Repost)
The original post/question was never answered I noticed this morning that some of the dashboard features like a device's drive availability had broken links, the notification profiles were no longer associated with the monitored devices, etc. I asked our server admin to restart the machine that hosts OpManager and has the below information and questions.
