OpUtils 7 web page does not render properly - page way too wide.

I have installed OpUtils 7 on 2013-11-28 on our OpManager (latest version) server as a plug-in. When I click on tabs such as "Switch Port Mapper" and most other tabs in OpUtils 7, the page displayed is way to wide! My screen resolution is 2481x1328 and when I size the browser page to half my screen, the OpUtils content does not adjust for the new browser window size. It's still sized for 2481x1328 screen and I have to scroll sideways all the time making this product unusable.

I've tried the following browsers:
Internet Explorer 10.0.9200.16721
Firefox 25.0.1
Chrome 31.0.1650.57 m

I've also tested this from another computer and the pages still don't re-size.

Any idea on how to get OpUtils 7 content to resize with the browser window?
