Identify Currently Logged On Users
I have followed the document for getting this working, and I still don't see the logged on username attached to an IP address or switch port. Is there any troubleshooting I can do for this? Which port does this use to communicate with the OpsUtil server, so I can check the local FW? What is the best way to get a hold of someone who can handle licenses that have not yet been sent, but have been purchased? I replied to my original license email, but it has been almost 24-hours since adding more IP's and more Switch ports, and I can't continue the configuration until these additional ports/ip's can be added. Can't add domain oputils.
Hello. I can not add AD Domain to OpUtils. The domain controller is available, the Administrator account is entered correctly, but when you add the domain, nothing happens, only the interface OpUtils ceases to be available for one minute. Where can I see the error in the logs? With respect and hope for the advice. P.S.: Of course remote administration on the domain controller in gpedit I turned. P.P.S.: ver 80011 trial on Windows 7 Ultimate. testing before buy.
OpUtils Latest Version Install Ubuntu 14.04.2 64-bit
Hello, I have scoured the forums and see that his has been a continual issue with 64-bit across all the Mange Engine products. However, non of the fixes I have read about from recent years have worked for me. ia32-libs has been removed and is replaced in functionality only by 3 other packages. There appears to be a new push for Multi-Architecture installations. Here is what I am seeing.... After setting permission and execution settings on the file, I initiate the installation with sudo ./ManageEngine_OpUtils.bin
SNMP Clear on OpUtils
I have integrated WebLogic SNMP Trap Notification with Manage Engine Oputils, and I'm able to receive below SNMP Alert traps. The issue is, clearing the relevant SNMP Alert trap. Is there someone also know WebLogic, because, I am confused. Is the action is on WebLogic side or OpUtils side. Can someone please redirect me for clearing the below SNMP trap notification which is sent by WebLogic and recieved by OpUtils "SNMP Receiver" wls .1.3.6.1.4.1.140.625 10.100.x.xx 0 hours, 29 minutes, 27 seconds.

Testing out Oputils 8 and have imported about 140 switches into config file manager when going to the option to upload configs it shows that I only have 10 switches which I can upload a config to or even do for a bulk upload its missing 130 switches any help on how I can get the reset of my devices to show 1 - 100 / 140 Upload Config file to multiple devices Total Devices : 10

Rogue detection missing IP address
On my test machine after adding four of my switches via SNMP in Rogue - Discovered devices get listed but without IP addresses. But in SPM - Switches - Ports I do get IP addresses. I have tried restarting machine and service and waited for some time but it still does not show IP addresses in Discovered Devices...
OpUtils Active Directory OU authorization ?
Dear OpUtils users, is there a way to link OpUtils only to some specific Organizational Units in Windows Active directory for the WMI calls and IP check? We will never have domain admin type of account in big international enterprise and only have admin access to several top level OUs, so the checks could be pointed to listed OUs. I do not understand why an upgrade file is not available for download like it is for every other product ?? We have to contact support? Great I did that .. twice, no response. Really glad I'm paying for support on this product ..
HTML Formatting included in SPM Export
Whenever I export a list from Switch Port Mapper via any method (PDF, xlsx or csv) a lot of HTML formatting is included. For example, IP addresses are listed in the cell as such: "<a class="linktxt" onclick="javascript:getPopUp('172.16.70.194' , event )">172.16.70.194</a> <br> " When we tested OpUtils running under Linux, this didn't happen. We moved it to Windows and started noticing this. Currently running 7.1, build 71013. Can this be fixed? Thanks!

OpUtils Addin for OpManager Does Not Use Proper Community Name When Scanning
I have OpUtils addin as part of my OpManager. I'm at v11300 for OpManager, and IPAM andSPM Plugin v6. I have OpManger monitoring switches with no problem. OpUtils displays switch information and appears to operate. However, If I scan the switch, it fails and I receive "Switch is down - No response to SNMP queries". I can ping the switch. When I attempt a SNMP Ping, it fails. However, if I re-enter the community name to on the SNMP Ping screen, it successfully pings. It appears that OpUtils is not

Hi Support, I have installed OPutils as a trial version.As can be seen in attached, I have configured email alert. I have tested to see if the email triggered when the problem take place. Hi, I downloaded a copy of oputils to test it, I changed the admin account password but it seems I forgot this password, is there a way to reset it. Since I have made the configuration and don't want to reconfigure it.

Today, because of an automatic update (I think), the OpUtils stops working unexpectedly. I tried to restart de service several times e nothing. Hello ! I am trying to use oputis and there are some problems. I am unable to search in port history with different browsers , but such kind of search in rough detection is working. And the second thing is that oputils is missing about 50% of information when scannig switches automaticaly 3 et once and I am unable to set scanning less than 3 devices at once. Thank You!
OpUtils 7 web page does not render properly - page way too wide.
Hello, I have installed OpUtils 7 on 2013-11-28 on our OpManager (latest version) server as a plug-in. When I click on tabs such as "Switch Port Mapper" and most other tabs in OpUtils 7, the page displayed is way to wide! My screen resolution is 2481x1328 and when I size the browser page to half my screen, the OpUtils content does not adjust for the new browser window size. It's still sized for 2481x1328 screen and I have to scroll sideways all the time making this product unusable. I've tried the

Just a question? IPAM_SPM plug-in for opmanger is only available for i386 technology. Is possible on linux running this plug-in with opmanager x86_64. I got installed it added to my server libraries for 32 bit. But i dont know how integrate OpM and IPAM plug-in. Best Regards. Miguel

I use OpUtils build number 61011. I recieve by email the upgrade pack 7000.ppm. When i Installed this pack my network devices not responde to snmp. The read community is the same, just installed the new pack with UpdateManager.sh Please, tell me what is the issue best regards Miguel
openSuSE 12.1 x64 - OpUtils7 - cannot bind port 69
I've installed OpUtils free edition on my linux box (opensuse 12.1 x64) successfully. The oputil admin page came up, and when i tried to do add a device on "Config file manager", i get "Unable to bind to port 69". Actually, i checked the oputils knowledge base, i'm sure before running oputils, the port was not occupied and oputils has been installed and executed by "root" user. still i get this error. After running oputils, the TFTP port is occupied by oputil: # netstat -aon | grep 69 udp

IPAM Links not working
When we go to the IPAM Plugin for OpManager none of the links or tabs work. You can click on them and nothing happens. I've tried other browsers and computers as well restarting the server. hello i need a query that shows the following information dns name connected ip mac address switch ip port number group name
Dns names not appearing for for pcs on another vlan
I have installed oputil6 on on e of my server, dns names for servers and workstations on other layer 3 vlans are not appearing, they are correctly appearing for the machines on the same oputil server vlan. I tried all what I can do and successfully resolved names using nslookup no problem. What would be the problem? Thanks
Reverse Lookup Failed in IPAM
The majority of the addresses have no DNS information and are "not in AD". I;m not sure why this is the case when I've added the DNS servers under General Settings tab and added the AD Domain information under the Active Dorectory tab. Am I missing something?

When I attempt to schedule the AD Scan. Choose enable and then click save, and then the error pops up: "Make sure all the mandatory fields are given appropriate values." There are no fields in the pop up window. How do I schedule an AD scan?

IPAM Not Providing All IP Addresses
Alright folks... I've installed IPAM / SPM Plugin to monitor our IPs and Switchports. However, particularly with one subnet, I'm only seeing a small portion of IPs. It's also telling me our IP usage is at 99%. It's a /23 network, and is only finding 116 addresses. Ideas?
