Hi Hi, When i login using web-base remote in, this error show up HTTP Status 400 - Invalid path /Login was requested type Status report message Invalid path /Login was requested description The request sent by the client was syntactically incorrect (Invalid path /Login was requested). Apache Tomcat/6.0.16after key in user name and password and click login. After i restart the machine. i can login without problem. May i know what happen actually. This error happen after few days restarting the machine.
Temprature from all devices to dashboard
Hi! Im looking for a way to pull "Chassis Temprature" from all my cisco devices into one widget. Have found a way to pull out temprature from 1 device but not for all. Im probably doing something wrong so thanx for any help
Router Health
For whatever reason, the router health area displays "No Data Available" in the Router Health area of the SnapShot page. I would like to do one of two things. Either have the area populate with the proper data or remove it from the snapshot page. The routers that do not display data are Adtran routers. We have Cisco routers also but the Router Health displays fine for those. Any ideas on how to accomplish this? Thank you in advance.

Java consumes almost 100% CPU resouces - Windows 2003 server
We are having some problems with JAVA.exe consuming most CPU resources when a user logs on to opmanager. When CPU resources are consumed, the server starts logging numerous system down errors (I assume because of low CPU resources). This also causes the Opmanager application to have very poor response for users. Our OpManager platform is Windows 2003 Server (VMware VM) and opmanager 8021.
Dashboard Question
Is there anyway to add your own links to the Opmanager Dashboard? I would like to add an http link to other pages so techs can get to other resources.
Hyper-V Windows 2012
Hi, I am having problems with OpManager detecting that windows 2012 servers are Hyper-V enabled. I removed four Windows 2008 R2 Hyper-V and removed them from OpManager. I then reinstalled windows 2012 and enabled Hyper-V on them Added all the servers to OpManager but they are being categorized as Server and not virtual devices Is this a known problem with a workaround or do I need to create a support thicket to have this looked into ? I was looking into the product documentation on line but im not sure everything is up to date (for instance they recommend mysql where postgresql has already been introduced). Hi There! I have a new installed opmanager Build 9450. I am trying to add a Windows server 2003 R2 with MSSQL Server 2005 running. The wmi monitoring workes fine, where i am getting all the information about, CPU Utilization, Memory Utilization etc. My problem is regarding MSSQL performance moniters, using SNMPv2 towards the sql server. Dashboard widgets not resizing with browser window
Hi, I am unable to resize my browser window smaller without everything running off the page. Can you please allow the widgets to be resized along with the browser window? I have to stretch it full screen on a 24" monitor in order to see the entire screen. I would like to have 2 dashboards side-by-side but currently this is impossible. Hi, I have taken over the roll out of OpManager on our network and don't know how to install probe software on remote servers and then get them to respond back to central. From what has already been done, it looks like a 2MB probe file is showing in Add/Remove Programs and the only install EXE I can find is approx 50MB in size (ManageEngine_OpManager_Probe.exe), so don't think this is the correct file to be installing on a remote server. How to unmanage a lot of devices
Hi, I working on a standalone-central/probe migration, and i want make some tests. I successfully restored my standalone database on a new standalone Opmanager. How could change a interface's type and bandwidth in a device?
Hi, I'm doing same test monitoring several Alvarion Wimax devices. This devices have one ethernet interface and one radio interface. The radio interface is discovered like a ethernet interface. Could be posible change this interface's bandwidth and type? The radio Interface's bandwidth of this devicas can be 8Mbps and 54Mbps but detect 8Mbps for all and although I change in the radio interface the bandwidth to 54Mbps I have an alarm when bandwith is up to 8Mbps' 90%. How do I delete old Custom WMI performance Monitors which are no longer used?
The list of WMI performance monitors in my opmanager is huge. Because over the years I have created many. Custom performance monitors which reference for instance, sql instances that no longer exist are of no further use, and I would like to delete them. How do I do this? I'm on Opmanager Build 9200 Sample screen shot (I have several pages of these)
OpManager (9200) Alarm Escalation Email Template Modification
I would like to modify the escalation email template, like we can for the normal alert emails, where do I modify that? We currently send email to our text email addresses (8885551212@vtext.com) and we get 4 our 5 messages instead of one, so I would like to shorten that message that is sent for escalation to reflect my needs. SMS messages are not an opitons, please help.

OpManager Downtime Report only shows 24 Hours
Using build 9010 right now, soon to upgrade but the specific DownTime report will only show specific outages for the past 24 hours. When I run the report for Last Week, month etc there is no data even though there's Downtime. This specific report shows the individual outages rather than the bulk availability which just calculates total downtime. I want to see specific instances so I can calculate how many downtimes, ie: flapping circuit etc. Downtime report is it, but no data past 24 hours.

I have a Zhone network element and I need to manage it either through SNMP monitor or SNMP traps. I have uploaded mibs file to OpManager but I couldn't monitor any alarm.
Any way to disable monitoring specific virtual NICs?
We have several NICs on our VMs that are on a non-routed iSCSI segment. When we added the VM infrastructure, all the individual VMs were imported, and the NICs appear under the Virtual NICs tab. There doesn't seem to be a way to quit monitoring the specific iSCSI NIC. Not a huge issue, but since it's not a routed segment, the OpManager server just ills up firewall logs trying to connect to it, when it can't. For our physical servers which also have a NIC on that iSCSI segment, I can just remove

Hi, I have version 8812 release and now that i have aquired AMS i can upgrade to the latest. I have cloned and isolated my server in order to do a test upgrade before messing with production. Drobo Elite iSCSI Disk Reads as Negative Value
Hi All - I have a strange issue which is prominent on all servers that have Drobo Elite iSCSI disks attached to them. They are Hyper-V 2008 R2 server's and when opmanager reads there free disk space, it returns a negative value, thus triggering an alarm because it is below my threshold. I know I can just change my threshold to a negative value from a positive value, but I would really like to get this to work the correct way, and not the hackjob wilson way. There are 2 other iSCSI disks attached

Can't get OpManager to log into website
I can't get our URL monitor to log into the website. https://www.kappakappagamma.org/Kappa/MembersDefault.aspx I put the username and password in the monitor area for authentication but it doesn't seem like its even trying to login. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks, Shawn

Hi I have a script that I'm running (externally to OpManager for various reasons) to monitor a process flow and I'm using the REST API to generate an event to OpManager when I detect a problem. The alarm is generated correctly and I see it in the console, however, I do not receive a notification for it. The notification rules are configured to alert for "all" conditions.
