Dashboard widgets not resizing with browser window

Dashboard widgets not resizing with browser window

Hi, I am unable  to resize my browser window smaller without everything running off the page. Can you please allow the widgets to be resized along with the browser window? I have to stretch it full screen on a 24" monitor in order to see the entire screen. I would like to have 2 dashboards side-by-side but currently this is impossible.
