I am using the normal user account to monitor the SUSE Linux,Getting error 

Incorrect login parameters.

Root account works fine, but i don't want to use it kindly advise how i can get my performance on normal user account rather than using root

Normal user able to run vmstat, df,top & PS command so what else require to function properly
