Buenas tardes Solicito la ayuda de las personas del Foro ya que tengo un problema en mi compañía me piden generar un reporte que muestre el espacio libre en disco que se tiene en los servidores de OPManager. Intente buscar la tabla de la base de datos para poder generarlo pero no logre encontrar referencia. Existe alguna manera de crear este reporte? De antemano muchas gracias por su ayuda

Linux 64bit SMS Gateway Problem
Hi, I installed opmanager 10.2 to Redhat 6.4 on vmware vm. It is working but there is one problem with sms gateway. My sms gateway connected with serial port. After sms configuration from admin page, whenever i enter the sms gateway configuration page then opmanager service stops. I manually start it again. But after entering the same page then stop again. i write only /dev/ttyS0, then i applied.

top 3 processes - Username who startet the Process
Hi Is there a possibility to show the username under which a process is startet? Message CPU Utilization is 99%, threshold value for this monitor is 95%: Top 3 Processes:-Ssms - 91.071%;sqlservr - 3.424%;services - 2.054% It would be great to get the Information, who startet the process to identify why a process is taking that much CPU. Here it is on a SQL Server, but I would need it on a terminal Server to identify the process/user. Thanks Jo
VMWare blank
I have 3 VMWare servers, added the 3 servers and monitoring were normal. Today one of the servers that the information appearing disk, CPU and memory blank. OpM version 10200 I tested the credential and is working. What can it be? And no VMPerformance Monitor is working. EDIT: Graphical and it gets moved, is not aligned properly, as you can see in print. Monitoring using SNMP push model

Multiple devices are live, but appearing as 0% availability?
Hey There, I manage an enterprise probe monitoring ~250 devices of various types. Around 20 devices, (some switches and windows servers,) are up, functioning as live devices and generally working as expected, however in OpManager they are reporting as down. Devices are not pingable, but show 100% uptime
Hi, I have discovered a number of devices in OpManager that are not pingable, that do not have monitoring enabled on them and with IP addresses not recognised by anybody within my organisation. I would happily remove these from OpManager, except that they show as being 100% available. Does anybody know of any reason as to why this might be happening? Thanks, SM

Real Time Interface Monitor is not working.
I'm sitting on my machine and I copy a large file to another machine so I can watch the traffice. I'm getting aroun 99% of my 1Gb interface used, according to task manager... however, the real-time monitor on OpManager is claiming I'm getting 10Gb of traffic.... on a 1Gb interface. Further, I've noticed that on all machines, the amount of traffic listed in the normal utilization graph is odd... on the server end, I get a very low value, but tracking the traffic on the switch port to which that machine
Adding a MIB to a new template- which MIB file to use?
I'm trying to add the Cisco 3850 switch as a template. I found a huge list of V1 and V2 MIBs for this device on Cisco's MIB Locator tool. But there are over 100 MIB's listed here (screenshot is about 1/3 of list). Can you tell me which one of these I need to download for OpManager?
Modify performance monitors using custom monitors
Hi all, I have defined specific monitors to monitor the CPU using an enterprise MIB. That works fine. But to create a better control panel for the devices I would adapt the default perfomance monitor for CPU, which doesn't work with my device, to use this custom monitor. has anybody any idea about that? thanks Christian
Change Resposne time or packet loss dials
Hi, From my research it seems I can change one of the bottom 3 dials to a custom monitor by editing an XML file. How can I change the top 3, Packet Loss and Response time to me are useless and I'd like these to be switched with a customer monitor? Thanks!

Unable to add a new tab with URL target
Hi, I am unable to add a new tab with a URL as a target. When clicking OK, it simply reports, "Please enter the URL". I have tried various forms. The URL I want to include is the Storage view of opmanager, however I have also tried simple URL's, such as www.google.com.au for testing, and all give same result. See the screen shot attached. Issues with monitoring Hyper-V servers

Hardware Health tab incomplete
Hello, I recently updated to 10200 so that I could gain the Hardware Health tab and monitor the health of my systems. However, it would appear as though the Hardware Health tab is hit or miss. On some of my servers, it shows the tab but no sensors. On other servers, it shows a few of the sensors like temperature, CPU and fans, but is not showing the disk array health (main reason for the interest in this tool).
