I manage an enterprise probe monitoring ~250 devices of various types. Around 20 devices, (some switches and windows servers,) are up, functioning as live devices and generally working as expected, however in OpManager they are reporting as down. Some have been behaving in this manner for a while, some recently, though we've only just realised this is occurring.

 

I have attached some snapshot screen shots to show what I am experiencing.

 

I have tried the following: Rediscovering the devices, restarting the OpManager server, we upgraded our enterprise OpManager environment from 9410 to 10200 (not to specifically fix this issue) and I have confirmed the credentials for access for both SNMP and WMI as correct. 

I have not restarted the devices themselves.

 

Can somebody help with this? I cannot figure out why they are behaving in this manner and it is screwing with our metrics.
